What was suggested was a 150th Aniversery R&J. They happened to be $25 a piece. I bought 8 of them. The total was $200 plus tax. My guy said they were very strong and harsh and was uset with the cost. I went back a few days later to do some kind of exchange for 7 of the cigars. I walked in and Josh, the owner happened to be in that day. Long story short, he spent the time to get replacements in a few different brands. I think there were 12 cigars and he gave me the difference in cash out of his pocket. I want to say, you don't get customer service like that anymore. I was extremely pleased the way Josh handled the return and so was my guy. At 91, he has two pleasures left in life. A good meal and a good smoke. Josh made that happen. Hopefully in all those new and different cigars, my guy can find one he likes a lot.

My husband had called in advance and they set one aside for us. How kind. We decided to get a drink too since the charger was so cheap. You know, support local business. The guy tells us the Minute Maid watermelon punch drink is going to be an up charge because it's an "import". Ok that's weird, but whatever. $10 later - battery charger doesn't work and the supposed "import" has left a bad taste in my mouth. You can get that stuff anywhere. Should have looked at the bottle longer and realized it was a bogus upcharge. Head down to Pittsburgh for a real glass shop, Curated Flame in Millvale. Moe is the chillest shop owner and he has ACTUAL imported drinks and snacks, and he doesn't rip you off for them. He's got battery chargers too. This experience was super disappointing and I will not recommend any of their locations to anyone.
