Worst retail shopping experience of my entire life. I'm a 53 old professional sales person and I have never been bullied by a retailer until the day I visited this Tiny Box Vape shop. I would give no stars if possible. One star is a compliment to these guys. Please note, I only write reviews on very good and very bad experiences. This was a very bad experience. Worst retail experience of my entire life! These positive reviews on Google and Facebook must be phony. There is no way that this many people can love this place. It is dirty, very small, poor selection and the employees are rude. I can not believe how I was treated and talked to. I am a professional sales person and I have over 30 years of customer service experience so I think I know what to expect from a retailer where customer service is critical. Here is how my visit went. I had bought my vape rig in here about a year ago, I had not been back since then because I purchased enough juice and coils to last me a while when I made the initial purchase. With that being said, I went back to cigarettes shortly thereafter and did not use my vape for a while. The main reason I quit vaping was because the rig would leak out into my pocket and was useless. I decided to quit smoking again for the new year and I was looking to repair my rig or perhaps buy a new one if I found something I liked. I walked into the Tiny Vape Store on New Years Day. There were a few customers present at the time. I proceeded to talk to the owner and the young lady about my issue. They really did not have a solution and directed me towards a new and bigger unit which I did not want. They claimed that if I switched to a different tank on my current rig, the voltage would be higher and my battery would drain in 30 minutes. They offered me a replacement of the same leaky tank for $27. I was not going to do that again. So, I wanted to know if I had any other options. Maybe they could point me in the right direction. The owner got frustrated with my questions and told me to quit bitching at his employees. I did not know that asking a retailer for assistance was bitching but that's how he took it. By now, the owner was in close proximity to me and I was feeling a bit uncomfortable. While he was in my face, his co-worker grabbed a "heavy weight championship looking belt" and proceeded to place it on the owners shoulder while he was talking to me. Congratulating him on how he was talking to me, the customer. Saying he was still the champ. I guess they get rewarded for bullying a person into buying or making them leave the premises. I couldn't believe this was happening and I was getting very uncomfortable. By now, no other customers were present. The owner then proceeded to quiz me on the names of the workers in the store. He actually pointed at each one and requested that I guess their names. I told him I was unsure but he insisted that I guess. I did not know where he was going with this but I soon found out. I guessed at all their names and got them all wrong. Since I did not know his employees names, he assumed that I had not been in his store buying his juice and said he did not consider me a customer because I did not visit enough. Little does he know, its New Years Day and I'm trying to quit cigarettes again. You would think they would be ready for this kind of customer since lots of people try to quit for the new year. I have not bought anything at any Vape shop since I was here a year ago. He also proceeded to tell me that we have exhausted all of our options and I was not welcome anymore. I said to him, "you are not the only Vape shot in town" and he said "that's right, get out of my store and don't come back." That's when I left the store. Warning to all vape customers. Please consider another alternative when shopping for vape products. This place is not right. read more

Not my local vape shop, but the guy that took care of me seemed knowledgeable. Came in for loose coils and ended up leaving with coils, as well as a bunch of free promo stuff and a 15 dollar RTA. Cool dudes. I also somehow forgot my debit card and the dude put it in the register to keep it safe. Will definitely be coming back next time i am in town. read more

They will never get my business again! Went here for the first time today. I needed a new tank for my mod, and coils for my smaller tank. The guy working was pretty rude. Although his tone of voice was polite, the man really wouldn't anwser my questions and was insistant that i bring in my broken tank or know what size my broken tank was so id get the correct coils , I truthfully know by looking at the products what size coils/ tank i would need. And he didnt even show me the tanks behind the glass. And then i was asking about different vape juices and he seemed uninterested in showing me ANY of the merchandise and was more focused on getting back on the phone so he could finish speaking with the owner on his " business " call.. i felt unimportant, dismissed and i was frustrated. I was willing to spend probably close to $100 in the store on various items. But instead i just bought my $21 pack of coils and left. Shame on you guys, shunning customers is not the way to keep your store open and running successfully. Lose the attitude dude! And worry about your customers more than your phone calls. ! This shop is extremely over priced. If you are planning to purchase a vape, juice, coils etc. make sure you google it before you purchase. If I could give this place zero stars I would. My bf and I have been there multiple times, usually walking in already knowing what we want. Every single time the guy there always tries to talk us into buying something different. Today we walk in and I'm excited because a different guy is working and I think maybe it will be less hassle. Mike was running the store today and we came in because my bf dropped his vape and cracked the glass. He was super pleased with the vape, has replaced cigarettes with it for several months now and has no desire to go back, and no desire to switch vape styles or nicotine strength. Well Mike decides that my bf is not happy and apparently longs for a cigarette and needs to switch vapes so he can quit smoking for good to appease me and even tells me that my bf is smoking cigarettes behind my back then proceeds to say "let me tell you about yourself" and spews a bunch of "facts" that couldnt be farther from the truth. Between that and his sexist attitude I had to leave the store. I seriously dont care if my bf smokes cigarettes, switching to a vape was his own decision. He is a grown man and makes his own choices. Why do we have to argue in a store for 20 minutes about making a purchase? Just ring up our stuff and let us leave. Arrogant jerk. I will never be back to this shop, I would rather make the trip to the southside to go to S&S candy. read more
