The final straw was when an employee literally lectured me that I had to be in the 2 spaces provided in order to receive my groceries. I was in an adjacent space and they had my car make, model, and color. I had to hassle to get my groceries. The employee was devoid of customer service. I have no doubt that there will be further trouble with that particular employee; he's a bad hire and poorly trained. When I receive my vegetables most of the instacart employees do not put them in small plastic bags. My lettuce, cabbage, and other vegetables are tossed into the big bag uncovered. This store has forgotten that the customer comes first.
