The guy tells us the Minute Maid watermelon punch drink is going to be an up charge because it's an "import". Ok that's weird, but whatever. $10 later - battery charger doesn't work and the supposed "import" has left a bad taste in my mouth. You can get that stuff anywhere. Should have looked at the bottle longer and realized it was a bogus upcharge. Head down to Pittsburgh for a real glass shop, Curated Flame in Millvale. Moe is the chillest shop owner and he has ACTUAL imported drinks and snacks, and he doesn't rip you off for them. He's got battery chargers too. This experience was super disappointing and I will not recommend any of their locations to anyone.

I got a free cigar to try and sat and talked to the guy (sorry, missed or forgot his name) about my fifth wheel experiences from Pa to Fl to Wy and back to Fl last two years! His whole evening shot but he was a great guy! All the other men in there were having a great relaxing evening. It looks like a COOL place to hang out awhile. I will be back in the spring! One was for my wife, but they didn't have the flavor she wanted, so I tried something I thought she would like. Turns out, she had had it before and knew she didn't like it. So, we didn't open it. Went in a couple days later, with the receipt, to return it. Again, the item was undamaged, unopened, and unused. The worker said that he couldn't return it for a refund unless we returned all three of the vapes I purchased at the same time. He said "that's the way the system is set up". I do NOT believe this in any way, shape, or form. What kind of policy and/or system is set up in which to return one retail item, you must return ALL of the other items on the receipt? If this is true, I'd like to hear it from the owner of the store, along with the reason why I'm out $25 on this transaction. I was a pretty good customer until this happened. They do not deserve $0.01 cent of the money I work very hard for. Never again.

Uninviting body language - assuming we want to buy some thing when we ask to taste the juice - not setting up properly for tasting juice (telling us to put a drop on our finger to taste) I am overall unhappy with the change in quality service there....
