My guy said they were very strong and harsh and was uset with the cost. I went back a few days later to do some kind of exchange for 7 of the cigars. I walked in and Josh, the owner happened to be in that day. Long story short, he spent the time to get replacements in a few different brands. I think there were 12 cigars and he gave me the difference in cash out of his pocket. I want to say, you don't get customer service like that anymore. I was extremely pleased the way Josh handled the return and so was my guy. At 91, he has two pleasures left in life. A good meal and a good smoke. Josh made that happen.
