Less than a week after the install, we noticed a wet patch on our ceiling caused by faulty plumbing from the heat pump. Today, the blower motor began running continuously. They gave us a 10 AM to 12 PM window to fix it but didn't arrive until 2 PM--where one technician admitted they made a wiring and a second tech denied any errors on their part. They sent out 7 technicians and not one stayed to properly check and test the system before leaving. Nearly a year of continuous breakdowns and endless excuses. Look elsewhere if you value your time and money.

There was a small issue with my new unit a few weeks after they installed it and I called them at 4:20pm when suddenly my house was 85 degrees and rising. They were at my house in an hour at the very end of what I am sure is an incredibly busy time. They not only fixed the issue, but I got a text later that evening at 9pm from them just making sure the house was still cooling. When my old unit was going out they were able to schedule me quickly and even offered to bring portable units to keep us comfortable until the new one could be installed. I highly recommend them.
