I recently had to omit some of the things I had been storing to make room for other things the unit I have is a big unit and there are lots of things I have to go through , I have a few minor disabilities and I don't move to fast on some or most days and lifting and stacking are a challenge . I never bothered anyone or did things not allowed all I had been doing is repacking and eliminating items sometimes I would be there for a long time cause once you pull stuff out to get to other things it is a lot of work to have to put things back before you have finished what you had planned on going through for that particular day and other days I would just get the things I was eliminating already sorted and take them to good will or trash or whatever I always picked up and swept if I had any fall out or debris . My storage is worth more money to them if they move me out and the rent it and they gave me the termination papers yesterday to move so sad the greed people have its all about money these days no matter what or where it is times are so different then they were years ago and I feel they should not have done this to me for something petty as it seems I hope they sleep well ​at night

worst storage ever. i want to give them a zero but impossible when rating. my brother had his stuff…read morekept in here, first he found rats poop and they moved him to another space. and for the last 3 months he paid march and june with cash. they are telling him that he never paid for those two months and neither for this month which he did but with his debit card now. they are saying they don't have it on their records. and guess what happen, to my brothers surprise, he went in today to pick up his stuff and they sold everything but everything from what he had in his storage!!! he had 2 brand new bed frames, his wife's pans and pots and clothes even important documents. what kind of crappy place this is! a dishonest place to keep your stuff. just warning you please do not fall in this trap!!!

First we had to switch our lock three times due to the keys not working on our storage. Than they wrote us saying we didnt pay the storage which we did and ended up being their mistake because they didn't write it down in the book. Than my bf,which he has the right to go to the storage, went signed in and tried to open our storage key didn't work that they gave me but we've used before so he thought he had the wrong storage and opened the one next to it and the key worked on it. So basically anyone with a key from that place can get in. Got the cops called and basically harassed him and harassed me when I got there. Turns out my bf was in the right and they were in the wrong. Still got evicted for whatever reason. Probably because they were mad. So we will be getting our stuff out asap and will never recommend this place to anyone. They handled everything unprofessional and played the victim and tried to sugar coat their actions to the cops.
