They even asked my preference as to which items were to be grouped together in my garage and if I wanted bulky items and furniture placed the front or back of my garage. We found Darrell's and, after quite a bit of calling around, found an appropriately sized unit at this location. The staff was immediately helpful, indicating that they would put a short hold on the unit if we wanted to give us a bit of time to come in and formalize the rental. We didn't need to do that, and came right in to rent the unit. Staff was helpful, the unit was clean, the security protocols seemed good. The unit remained dry through the recent heavy rains. No signs of rodents. Staff was helpful with our move-out as well. The company we hired to empty the unit took the initiative to take our lock. Darrell's called before they even reached our new home to make sure that we had emptied our unit. When I told them that I had intended to come back and sweep out the unit, they indicated that they would take care of that if necessary and that all I would need to do is to come back within the next few days to sign a release of the unit. When I came by, they had the paperwork ready and waiting.

Not sure how long she has been working at this location. she really should not be a manager of a storage unit with that kind of attitude toward customers.
