She did a great job on my gel manicure which took about 25 minutes. I then proceed to the pedicure chair and sit and wait. And wait. And wait. I waited about 20 minutes until finally I got my pedi started. I got the "regular" pedicure which is the basic one for $26. The employee doing my pedi was also friendly and everyone on the pedi chairs were offered mini water bottles by a different employee. It was 6pm by the time I was done. The place was very clean and the pedicure chairs are very comfortable. The decor is cute. I paid $30 for my gel mani which I though was overpriced since back home i pay $18 for the same thing. When we raised our concerns, the manager's response was just as disappointing. She made no real effort to make things right. Her only solution was to remove the nail polish and attempt to redo the entire pedicure, which she couldn't fix. Despite all of this, we still paid over $150. He asked me to text him pictures of my hair (I provided one here) and he said he was so excited to make me love my hair. He did just that. He was really laid back and fun to talk to while he colored, shampooed and then cut and styled my hair. In the end, I could not be happier. My hair is full of life again and I love the work he did.
