The facial I got here was amazing. I will make it apart of my maintenance routine now. Easy to get to as well.

Incredible 90 minute massage with Namn I had read up on the…read morereviews before I visited and was happy that the reviews were spot on. The staff is very welcoming. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the service was very thorough and tailored to my request. Also, the price is not outrageous like I feel I encounter so often in the city. I'll be back!

It was amazing! I did 90 minutes and it was worth every penny. But the way, save a little money and pay cash. My neck and shoulder that brought me in are feeling so much better! My lower back that's always angry has calmed down too. The combo of stretching and massage is perfection. I'd like to try a traditional Thai massage next time, but this was a great entry point. I kind of never want to have a different style massage ever again. Using your body weight and elbows/knees/feet instead of just hands is genius. The place is a tiny bit hard to find, so look for the big American flag and go in the door under it. It's an upscale building and spa. They don't have the spa amenities you might think of when I say upscale, but they are so good at what they do they don't need frills. Trust me, they will take care of you!

It made the experience feel personalized and comfortable. Overall, everything from the atmosphere to the service was on point. I left feeling refreshed and would definitely come back again. I continue to come back as this is the best facial I've ever had. Bibi is excellent. She takes the time to really evaluate your skincare needs and suggests the best treatment for you. She is very knowledgeable but also never tries to upsell you. She has delicate hands, and my skin always comes out glowing. I am always getting compliments on my skin and it's in large part to my regular facials with Bibi.

I treated my daughter to an early birthday body massage and she was very impressed. Thank you, Andy…read morefor the professional welcome as we entered. This was my second visit to Cynergy and I know for sure that this is the place to receive a top-notch massage. I requested Bibi, massage therapist, for my daughter. The same raving reviews I had about Bibi were the sentiments of my daughter. I received my massage from Aretha. It was grrrrrrrreat and relaxing. So much so that I took a long nap when I returned home. The icing on the cake was when Jack came outside after we left to thank us for our visit. We will both return soon!!! Keep up the great work.

The gentleman on the phone was courteous, friendly, and professional and made reserving the date and time a breeze. The day of the appointment we were greeted and asked to fill out a simple form. After my family member completed the form, she was taken to the back by a pleasant woman. I asked what time I should come back to pick up my family member and she was ready at the time they told me she would be. When I asked her about her experience she told me the lady was nice, professional, and knew her stuff. She also recommended some products for my family member. The really cool thing about the experience was that I immediately saw a notably nice different in my family members face/skin. Overall the vibe was cozy and warm. The space is nice and quaint and they have seamoss for purchase. I do recommend!

No photos since this establishment requires patrons to be naked in the wet areas…read more It's one of the more competitively priced Korean spas in the NYC area at $40 for the entrance fee with no time limit. Bonus points for the free underground parking which is especially valuable in the Flushing area. You pay at the front, leave your ID, then take off your shoes before heading downstairs to the wet area. There's shoe cubbies on the first level, but I prefer to take my shoes downstairs to your assigned locker so I don't have to worry about them potentially going missing. For proper etiquette just make sure to hold off on putting them on until you get to the first level when you're leaving. The co-ed clothed area (uniforms provided at check-in) is on the second level. There's additional saunas (clay, salt, etc.), ice room, sleep room, lots of recliners and even a restaurant up there. The wet area is pretty typical for a Korean spa. Gender segregated and nude only. There's a cold plunge, hot pool and warm pool. A row of seats for relaxing. A row of standing showers and two rows of sitting showers. Body scrub area. Sauna and steam room. Im from California but visit New York Spa & Sauna every time I come, which is about twice a year. However, this time I found the experience to be slightly different. Mainly that there's now a spa attendant in the men's wet area who sits right outside of the steam room. He frequently checks the steam and sauna plus strictly enforces the eight person capacity in the steam room. I can assume the purpose is to curb potential misconduct. IYKYK. On my prior visits, especially during the winter, there's times where upwards of a dozen or more people would be packed into the steam room at a time, quite the sausage fest. So I guess it's a plus for you now if you prefer having a little more space in there. The attendant was friendly enough and seems to strike a good enough balance of doing his job and not being too intrusive. I just found it slightly less relaxing since he's constantly counting up and down as people enter and leave the steam room. "Three, two, one, full, one, full, one, two, one, full, one two, three, two, one full, one, full again, please wait" is all you'll constantly hear now in the wet area. Eventually I did tone it out and even knocked out on one of the chairs for a bit, so I still found it overall a relaxing experience, just slightly less so than before. The spa opens until 11pm but the steam closes as 8:30pm and sauna at 9:00pm. If you stay past that, you're welcome to use the other amenities until they announce the check-out time which is a bit before 11pm. Overall, I stayed for nearly five hours and still had a fun and relaxing time. The place was clean and well maintained which is a huge plus for me.

Everyone gets a bracelet for their locker. There are 4 rooms for the sauna, and one cold room. Attached are the food options, which would be charged extra on the bracelet that they give you. I'm East Asian, but when I came with my non-East Asian friend, I noticed that a few people in the sauna room would annoyingly leave when she walked in with me. It's not the sauna's fault that the guests were being racist, but the guests here might not be as welcoming to other races just based on my one experience alone. This is reflected in the score I gave them. There's nothing extraordinary about this spa and sauna place! It's a great place for rest. If you need any of the additional massages, it's required that you have to be completed naked and washed from head to toe before sitting down on the massage table, at least on the women side. We were not able to find anyone for massages at the designated massage room when we were there, so we had to inquire within the ladies' locker room. Turns out, they were doing the massages inside the ladies' locker room.
