This place is exactly what you want if your feet are destroyed from walking around New York City all day. It is very no frills, and I want to stress that upfront. This is not a spa where you hang out, relax, and enjoy the ambiance. You are not here for vibes. You are here because your feet hurt. And for that, it is perfect. You can walk in without an appointment, which is what we did every time, but you can also make an appointment if you want. We ended up coming here every single evening during our trip because after walking all day, nothing sounded better than a 30, 45, or 60 minute foot massage. It became our nightly routine. The staff was great. Everyone was friendly, professional, and consistent. The place was clean every time we went, and they offered water, which was appreciated. They were efficient, kind, and clearly experienced, especially considering how busy this place gets. I found this spot on TikTok, and yes, it is popular for a reason. Just know what you are getting. This is not a leisurely spa experience where you linger and unwind in a plush robe. This is a straightforward, affordable, effective foot massage that does exactly what it promises. If you are visiting NYC, doing a ton of walking, and want a reliable place to reset your feet at the end of the day, I would absolutely recommend it. We loved it and would go back without hesitation. read more

Renew Regal Spa - The no Hanky Panky made my day lol - Reflexology Near Me - New York, New York

I had a good experience the foot massage out me to sleep. My favorite part! The body massage was ok too but like another reviewer said they put tooooo much elbow pressure on your neck and spine . To the point where their elbow is trembling bc they're straining so hard.. it doesn't take that much pressure, especially on a female ... IT DOES NOT FEEL GOOD, HURTS LIKE A MF. UPDATE: 3 days later & My neck and spine is a sooooo sore now. I feel like i was hit by a truck. I feel worse than i did when i went. I didn't ask for a deep tissue massage. Just a full body massage. read more

Amazing foot massage. We did the 30 minutes. Next time I would do the 45. Clean and relaxing. Great for after walking NYC. read more

This place is top notch. I was looking for a full body massage and foot massage. I opted for the 60 minute body work + 30 min foot rub. Kevin was my masseuse and they were phenomenal. I need heavy pressure and they did not disappoint. They took great care to ensure I was receiving what I wanted and what my body needed. The place is very clean, well organized, and inviting. It was easy for me to relax and center myself for my massage. I'm definitely coming back. read more

My go-to massage spot! Usually easy to get a same-day appointment if not a walk-in. I've always had a fantastic full body massage here - it includes hot stones and you can pay $10 extra for CBD oil. It's $70 for the hour + tip if you pay by card which is incredible, and ~$6 cheaper if you pay in cash. I love stopping in when I'm in the area especially in the colder weather for a quick hour of relaxation. Everyone who works there is so nice, professional, and talented. They ensure the pressure is okay for you during the massage which I appreciate. Overall 0 complaints! read more

Always a gem with excellent firmness and pressure. I've always felt refreshed after. I recommend determining your time before hand because the option to add more time is dependent on the crowd. Mike has been great with getting knots out! read more

Excellent massages at a great value. Conveniently located right on Canal Street. Always a great experience.

I called a few places in Chinatown to see if they had a last minute availability and only this one seemed to have it with good reviews. The location is a bit closer to soho so idk if that's why it's not as busy, but works for me! Was able to get an appointment within 20 minutes. I asked for a female masseuse and I didn't get her name but she was very nice and sweet. Enjoyed the hot stones and the full body massage that also included a scalp massage. This was the longest scalp massage I've ever had and I'm not complaining. I enjoyed my time here and they were nice + accommodating. read more

This used to be my favorite spot in Chinatown but the last 2 times, it has not been good. The masseuses are using too much elbow on the spine and even on the neck, which is a no go. The beds and towels feel grungy, and the prices keep going up ($55 for one hour body + 10% fee if using credit card). I go to get the knots out of my shoulders and neck, but I leave feeling more stressed. The only reason it's not 1 star is because there are good masseuses there and I've had great massages here over the years. read more

I did a walk in 30 minute foot rub. It was FABULOUS!!! The massage hit all the right spots and even helped with a bit of swelling by my ankle. I will definitely be back! It's money well spent. On my way out they called me back because I dropped ten dollars where I was seated. You can't find that kind of honesty in a lot of places. I highly recommend this place!!! read more

Best massage! I come here every time I need to de stresss!! I would definitely recommend this spot for your monthly wellness!!

I love coming here. It's consistently calm and a great massage. Perfect after walking all day!

Nice foot massage place right near the Canal Street station. The decor is definitely a step above the usual for Chinatown. The chairs were comfy. It's a communal room but not too noisy and the lighting is dim. My hour foot massage was strong and solid (definitely better than many foot massages I have had). We were able to get appointments for three at the last minute. Works return. read more

Omg!!! Omg!! Omg!!! I am so grateful to Linda of Renew Regal Spa! She truly helped me relax and drift away from the busy New York streets just below the building. As a stressed our student, full time entertainer and resident of this crazy place it takes so much for to put my mind at ease. However, thanks to Linda and the kind staff at Renew Regal Spa I almost forgot that I was just 5 stops from home. The space is clean and the ambiance is calming! Rest assured that I will definitely return with friends in tow! read more

I read about Renew Regal Massage online and initially thought I'd try the 1-hour foot massage for $40, but with all the walking I've been doing in NYC while on vacation thought I'd go for the 60 minute full body massage with the 30 minute foot massage ($75) and the CBD oil upgrade ($10). My massage was FANTASTIC, and my masseuse worked out kinks in problem areas. I'd imagine this is the best deal for a massage in NYC/Chinatown, and the next time I make a trip to NYC, I'll be back! read more
