I purchased a voucher through amazon local. The company scheduled me for the their first available appointment and called as promised the day of to confirm the time. The service person was on time and very friendly and professional. I have 14 year old carpet that has been through 3 children and all of their friends plus 2 large dogs and 2 cats. I expected the end result to be clean old carpet but instead the carpet looked brand new! I can't say enough good things and would highly recommend them! read more

It was very easy for me to redeem the voucher I bought off of Amazon Local. $45 for steam clean, deodorizing and scotchguarding three rooms and a hallway. After I bought the voucher, I followed their instructions to schedule a cleaning. I got an email the next day offering me the dates and times within the next few weeks that they'd be able to come over. I responded by email and then got an email confirmation. On the day of the cleaning, I got a phone call reconfirming that I would still be home at the specified time. They were actually running early and wanted to move up my time. How often does that happen? I happily obliged. The man came at the time he said he would. He took a look around the house and had no problem with the rooms and hallway we wanted cleaned. Here's where the only super weird thing about the whole experience happened: they have to run the vacuum from the van, so the hose has to extend from their cleaning van all the way to the furthest room. We live on the third floor of a condo building. Luckily, we live in the unit closest to the street. Still, it's not directly on the street at there was a question of whether the hose would extend from the street all the way to the third floor of our unit. The man drove his van onto the sidewalk in front of our building. It was unconventional, but hey it worked. My point with this story is that if you live in a high rise, or somewhere not easily accessible from where a van would have to park, this is not the company for you. The van needs to get pretty close to your front door. Anyway, the actual cleaning was good. He was efficient and finished everything in about 30 minutes. There was an awful stench in one of the bedrooms from some kid we had sublet out to. The musty odor had been lingering for about two months, and we worried it had seeped into the carpet. Well, the steam clean definitely helped and the odor is much less (greater than 50% reduced), though not 100% gone (this was one stinky kid). Just had our carpet clean for 6 room (stairway concider as a room) for 170. When we first saw the house the carpet was destroyed. Previous owner had a pet and I guess let it roam free as it please. Did not take long (about 2 hours) at all and majority of the stain went away. Smell is gone, stain is gone really happy with the result read more

I had a very sick puppy, on a Sunday afternoon, and desperately needed my upstairs carpet cleaned where the accidents occurred. I contacted 3 of the very large nationwide carpet cleaning companies. They advertise 24 hour emergency carpet cleaning......but all 3 of them said "oh, we don't clean carpets on Sundays"??? I called Mamadou Diakite at 24 HR Pure Carpet Care and he came within one hour!! He did a fabulous job and his rate was extremely reasonable!! I will use him again for my entire home in the spring. I purchased a voucher for this business. I followed the instructions, and I received a call back from a lady who set up my appointment. She advised me that they were having issues redeeming the vouchers from the vendor, and that I needed to call and tell the company to call them. I was a little surprised, because I do not think it is the customers job to facilitate between he company and another vendor with a contract , but I told her I would and asked her if she would do the same and she said "Yes". I called the 1-877 number and spoke with Heather at the company, and she said that my voucher was still good, and that some companies were having issues with entering the voucher in the new system. I called the 24hr carpet and left a message advising of my conversation. I tried to reach the company again via the phone. I left a message and there was no call back. I sent a message via the website the following week and no callback. I called the secondary number, and the person hung up several times. Finally, someone called me back from the main number advising that they could not full fill my request, because they were unable to reach the vendor. I was surprised, because I called them and was able to reach them. The person advised that he had tried to call them several times and could not get through and that he would not honor my voucher. I was not pleased with the answer or the service. I called vendor again, the very next business day, and reached a live person and was refunded my money. I thought the situation was handled very poorly and unprofessionally. I went above and beyond attempting to get the voucher situation corrected, but the same courtesy was not given to me. If a company has an issue with a vendor it has made a contract with, it is not the customer's job to fix it. I believe the situation could have been handled differently. read more

Scheduled to arrive between 8:30 - 10:30 am. No calls about lateness. Arrived at 11:45 am. Said we had 6 rooms so I cut one out. It took the man 20 minutes to do 5 rooms and a hallway. Said on the bill that they used Scotchguard. We can't tell if the carpets (2 years old) were even cleaned. read more

Scam! Purchased a voucher and the company refused to honor because the home was .5 miles outside of the radius. The home is actually within the radius, but the company chose to use the longest route to determine eligibility. Now they are refusing to refund my money and I will need to spend an additional $30 to use the voucher. Scammers! read more

I bought a voucher on Amazon Local. They schedule everything through e-mail. When the day of my appointment came I did not receive a confirmation phone call, so I called. Apparently they scheduled me wrong or I slipped through the cracks because even though I was initially given an appointment window of 1-4pm, the guy wasn't able to show up until after 5pm. He was apologetic and gave me a $20 break on the pet enzyme cleaner for my trouble, which I appreciated. Cleaning took very little time and I was happy with the way the carpets looked the next day after they were dry. Alas, the enzymatic cleaner that was supposed to get rid of the pet stains didn't really work as promised. It just kind of spread them around and they showed up again the next week. I understand that's a possibility so I'm not angry, but an extra $70 (before discount) for five rooms I've already paid for is a pretty steep price to pay for those kinds of results. I would not recommend this vendor because of their obvious disorganization first and foremost, and their lack of results second. read more
