Or it's an afterthought.  Accessibility is better for everyone.  And Amanda has thought of everyone.  The studio is set up to be physically maneuverable and the gentle lighting and other thoughtful sensory inputs make the environment remarkably inclusive. This studio is also super fun and SO joyful!  All of the instructors have their own really incredible personalities that they infuse into their classes, and I love how much that's honored as well. Every class is truly a unique delight.  And if you are feeling intimidated at all, just know that this is one of the least intimidating places to learn pilates.   If you are questioning whether to go, just go!  Go and try out a class.  Amanda does a great job of noting on the schedule which classes are good for beginners.
