Denise was nothing but a pure delight to work with; from our early emails discussing my fitness level and being new to Pilates, to scheduling, and eventually meeting her for my first session - Denise has a way of making you slow down, focus, and heal from within. She's a true healer. I was new to Pilates (4 classes) when I came and I invited my mom to join me for her first ever Pilates class.
