cannot say enough wonderful things about Melissa and this clinic. I am currently going through HRT, and the level of care, guidance, and support I have received has been nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, every interaction has been professional, compassionate, and incredibly detail-oriented. Melissa is knowledgeable, responsive, and always takes the time to answer every question thoroughly, which has given me so much confidence and peace of mind throughout this process. The entire team goes above and beyond, and I truly feel cared for and supported every step of the way. Hands down, this is an A+ clinic -- 10 out of 10. Nurse Melissa is fabulous. Honestly advises you of the best treatments for my aging issues. always a delight!!

Nurse Melissa is an excellent and caring provider. I have been getting Botox for years and all of the times I have it done my injection placements, number of units and desired results were discussed. The Botox price is very reasonable especially for the injector expertise. I have never had my face feel heavy or any complications. read more

Nurse Melissa is the ONLY one I trust for my medspa treatments. Kristin and Melissa are the sweetest, most wonderful team ever. I always feel so well cared for and I appreciate every ounce of consideration they put into all they do. Now that I live on the east coast, I plan to make room in my west coast trips just to see my favorite ladies at Pure Med Spa. I gotta get my treatments and there's no one better! read more

Absolutely LOVED my experience with Nurse Melissa. I have wanted to get lip filler in my top lip for around 6 years but have always canceled my appoints because I never trusted the places that I kept trying to book. I finally found her via yelp + watched her clients and knew she would be the person. I was also sooooo scared of the pain, and she immediately addressed with a dental block that was so smooth, it so I literally didn't feel a thing. I went in wanting mostly my top lip done and it was super important for it to be natural. Before I even mentioned that, she made recommendations that exactly aligned with what I wanted. My swelling is pretty much gone, and I'm SO happy with the natural results. Worth mentioning- prices are very reasonable and competitive + the office is adorable :) I hope her team never moves because I officially will only trust her with my lips from now on. I had my Botox done as well and love my results! read more

Nurse Melissa is amazing and provided a comfortable environment for my first time. Visited her office for masseter Botox and felt her assessment was thorough. She cautioned on the lower side and valued injecting just enough, never over selling units or other procedures. read more

First time, and it won't be my last! 10 / 10 is my rating!! Melissa and her Girl Gang were SPLENDID! I was a little nervous getting poked for the first time, but oh boy was it easier than I ever imagined! Melissa walked me through the whole process in great detail, always stopping and asking if I had any questions along the way. I'm a firm believer in 'vibes' / one's spirit, and this woman and her gang have IT; They all love what they do, are incredibly knowledgable, and SUPER friendly!!! Once I finished my microneedling package at another medspa, I've decided to try Melissa after being referred by friends. Melissa has great bedside manner and a wonderful personality. She is very thorough and explains everything she does. I've done 2 vampire facials with her so far and going on my third. Things I love and appreciate: -She gives you the numbing package to take home so you can apply it prior to your appointment to save time. At other medspas, you have to numb at their location and wait 30minutes prior to the procedure. I personally appreciate saving time. -She microneedles your neck and chest too! My other medspa only covers the face! -Instead of paying a huge lump sum for the package like most medspas require, I really appreciate paying for one procedure at a time and still be able to claim my free session later on. read more

I had my first appointment with Melissa about a month ago. I had never had Botox before so was a little apprehensive. She took the time to explain what to expect and all the details needed to make me feel confident moving forward. She scheduled a post procedure appointment with me so she could check the progress and answer questions I had. She is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. The results! Wow!! What a huge difference! Took years off my face. I had pretty noticeable wrinkles on my forehead and around my eyes and I was amazed at the difference of the before and after results. Thank you so much Melissa!! read more

Melissa and Kristen are just incredible. I'm in the medical aesthetics world myself, so I am very discerning with who I let touch my face. Melissa is not only such a kind soul and is so fun to chat with, but this girl knows her stuff. She is a total professional with an eye on the up and coming and cutting edge in this biz. My skin has never looked better. I absolutely would run not walk to book an appointment with her! read more

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and attention Nurse Melissa provided during my recent visit to Pure Med Spa. Her knowledge, expertise, talent, and dedication to her patients truly shines through in everything she does! Nurse Melissa took the time to meet with me before my procedure to ensure I was comfortable with it. She provided thorough explanations and a thoughtful approach to my treatments which made a significant difference in my experience. And let me tell you the outcome was better than I could have ever dreamed it would be!! Thank you Nurse Melissa for your unwavering commitment to improving the natural beauty, health, and well-being of your others. Your contributions to the field are invaluable, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be in your care! Excellent experience! Melissa and Kristen are fantastic at what they are doing! I felt very comfortable during the procedure, and you can tell - they really care. They are kind, welcoming, attentive, patient, they explain everything and put you at ease, it helps a lot. Another great thing about Pure Med Spa is a consultation before the procedure: you have all the information you need, and also time to consider and make a decision (they don't try to convince you that "oh, yeah, you absolutely need it!", and they don't push services). And both, Nurse Melissa and Kristen are there for you if you have questions after the procedure, the communication is great. Highly, highly recommended place!! read more

Best experience ever. Nurse Melissa is a doll and so helpful with helping me choose what I want to do. Kristen is also very helpful. Both are kind and caring. My Go-To Nurse! read more

Melissa is THE BEST! Not only does she know a ton about skin, she's an actual RN! She truly cares about the health of your body and the skin that covers it. I love that she's also a great listener. And because she listens, she delivers WHAT YOU ASK FOR - every time. There are never any surprises or overrides. Another favorite thing: She doesn't push or sell services or products EVER. She uses professional grade products from highly reputable brands but also uses and can recommend affordable products that are accessible to everyone. Her consultations are relaxing and not one bit intimidating. She'll address all concerns and talk through a plan on how to get there, pressure free. I look forward to seeing her every time. She delivers that skin glow we all dream of! read more

I came across Pure Skin Med Spa San Jose in Meridian Park Plaza. I met Melissa for a free consultation, she explained all about Botox, Micro Needling, and skin peels. She was wonderful, took the time to explain each treatment and how they will work together. I immediately booked several appointments to come back to see her first, for botox. Wow! I cannot believe the skills she has! My skin is wrinkle free! I just had my first micro needle treatment and was a little scared. Melissa took the time to explain the procedure and recovery, plus it was painless!! I have rebooked several more appointments with her. She is so patient, answering all my questions, and she's thorough with her treatment. She even called me at home to see how i was doing. I am so happy to have found Pure Skin Med Spa San Jose & plan on being a lifetime customer! read more

I am not a big "review" writer but the service of Nurse Melissa justifies this! I have been getting Botox and Filler for ... well, a long time - in 3 different countries - so I feel like I've seen it all... I have never received the detailed coaching (yes, COACHING!) that Nurse Melissa provides... no more "sit down, slam the Botox and filler in your face"! Melissa took time to make a PLAN FOR ME... that I can execute over time - when I have the money and (get this) with anyone ... ! Who does that these days ? So it's not just show up and do the same thing over and over ... Not only does she know her sh** AND spend time actually talking and PLANNING WITH YOU - she totally comfortable with you going wherever you want or need to get things done ... I cancelled my appts at a few other places and rebooked with Melissa to get my "plan" in motion ... so glad I found her ! read more

In February 2022, about a year and a half ago, I got lip filler from Nurse Melissa and couldn't have had a better experience. As a 21 year old, I have heard so many horror stories and warnings from friends and family against cosmetic work so I was a little nervous but still Melissa exceeded every expectation I (and namely my mom) had. She was super kind, knowledgeable, funny, and completely put me at ease in every way. It was obvious to me that her work is important to her and she is very good at it, and her approach showed me that it wasn't just a sale and she cared about the integrity of my lips and her work. The recovery process was painless, I got a little goodie bag with a couple take home lip treatments which lasted me months and were great. My filler seems to be mostly dissolved, and my lips looks and feel like I never had the procedure. Everyone in office was exceptional and I would absolutely consider returning. Thank you Nurse Melissa! read more
