Mimi was able to help me by creating a regimen full of skin care products that I never had previously, and yes you HAVE to be consistent. She never once poked my skin using a needle or any rough tool to extract anything that will leave a mark. She is so gentle. My skin feels fresh and moisturized each and everyday. My skin with makeup application feels so much better. I received so many compliments about the glow of my skin & how clear it looks! My overall goal was to use less makeup (foundation) coverage and only acquire concealer for small corrections .. and, of course, my cream blush. Thanks to Mimi, my goal was achieved. More often I'd rather go with concealer instead of foundation just because my skin looks so good without it! Ladies, if this is the goal you're looking for, I promise you won't regret it. The cost is worth it all. Thank you Mimi for being part of my journey towards regaining my confidence back & embracing the skin God has created for me to love. Definitely will be a long time client.

I can really recommend MeMe from my personal experience going to her for hormonal acne concerns…read moreover the last 4.5 months. She gives firm and clear advice on consistency of skincare, which is something I was too lax on. And the new AM/PM routine really started to show results after daily consistent use around month 3. My skin is way better now, and has far less active breakouts and congestion than where I started from. When breakouts do happen, they are individual small pimples and not clusters of breakouts. So they go away on their own much faster. It's a relief to have clear skin again, thanks MeMe!

I'm extremely disappointed with how my appointment was handled this evening…read more My appointment was scheduled for 5:45 PM. At 4:18 PM today, I received a text asking me to arrive 10 minutes early. I get off work at 5:30 PM, so I rushed through traffic, found parking, and then walked around the building trying to locate the office. Despite all of that, I arrived at approximately 5:46 PM -- one minute after my actual scheduled appointment time. When I arrived, I was told that I was "15 minutes late" and that my appointment would not be accepted. I understand businesses need policies to keep their schedules running smoothly, but asking a client to arrive early does not change a 5:45 appointment into a 5:35 appointment. If arriving by 5:35 was an absolute requirement for receiving the service, that should have been clearly communicated when the appointment was booked--not in a text at 4:18 PM the same day. What made the experience particularly disappointing was the way I was received. After rushing from work, dealing with traffic and terrible parking, and walking around outside in nearly 90-degree weather trying to find the location, I wasn't greeted warmly or even with eye contact. There seemed to be very little effort to understand what had happened or find a solution. I simply felt dismissed. I had actually been excited about coming here and had already told several of my female coworkers about your services. I was hoping this would be a place I could recommend and potentially become a returning client myself. Instead, I left feeling that a customer who arrived essentially on time for her scheduled appointment wasn't worth even a conversation. I hope management will review what happened and clarify the arrival policy for future clients. More importantly, I hope some consideration is given to how clients are received when something doesn't go perfectly according to schedule. Policies matter, but so does kindness and customer service.

A girlfriend and I decided to do a spa day. I had no idea where to go, but she suggested Ritual. I found two appointments on their website and booked them a few weeks prior. You must hold the appts with a CC, but no deposit is needed. Parking was pretty easy to find. I found parking right away across the street. We started off with my massage therapist asking what type of pressure I prefer. I said I like it hard. No pain, no gain. Get those knots out. And since I work at a computer all day, I told her I carry a lot of tension in my neck shoulders. After voicing that, I did find my massage felt more like a relaxing swedish massage. The pressure wasn't that hard. One thing I did note, they start on your feet but don't wash their hands afterwards when they move on to the rest of you. I kinda found that a little weird. I mean, I did just shower before I showed up, but still. I will never say no to a massage so glad my gf and I did this. Tho I wish I spoke up more during the massage. Completely my fault so I won't dock them for that. Still a nice relaxing experience. REVIEW #3923
