I went to Jaeny for Botox and Filler treatment and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I'm…read morea Bay Area native and I've been doing Botox and Filler treatments for over a decade. I can be overly picky and detail-oriented, to a fault, but Jaeny exceeded even my highest expectations--which I don't even realistically expect to be met especially having undergone these procedures so many times before with other providers at other businesses, etc. I'm rating this business and Jaeny 5 stars, first and foremost, because of the level of unmatched skill (in my opinion), experience, and expertise that Jaeny brings, which showed in the results I've achieved, and secondarily, I'm rating this business 5 stars, because certain values/traits such as honesty, integrity and customer service are just as important to me. Specifically, the office staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable; and I also appreciate the upfront and transparent pricing the business offers. Pricing itself isn't necessarily my utmost concern (I'm willing to pay more for above and beyond results), but price transparency, consistency, and overall honesty in dealings and practices as a business are so vitally important to me, on personal principles, and it was apparent from my very first interaction with the business that this is exactly how they operate. (They also happen to offer very reasonable and market-aligned pricing, along with discounted packages, etc., for those wondering.) I want to conclude with my sincerest compliments and gratitude to the one-and-only Jaeny (because you are so uniquely skilled at what you do) for thoroughly indulging me by listening to everything I had to say, and what I was looking to achieve, looking at all of the photos I brought in, lol--going above and beyond to truly understand what I was looking to accomplish, and then fulfilling each and every single one of my expectations, beyond what I had hoped. I'm so glad I found this place and I look forward to coming back!

Recently took a family member here to remove a tiny cherry angioma on the lips. The consultation…read morewas free and the laser treatment to remove was $200. The total appointment time was 30 minutes, including the 10 minute waiting time to be seen. Waiting reception area showed they had a consistent level of clients waiting to be seen or leaving. Staff were very friendly and kind, they handle our requested service professionally and with ease. There's ample parking in the back of the building with a back entrance as well. There was a slight mishap as they wanted to charge $500 for our service but it was quickly corrected before we paid and they apologized for the miscommunication. We will not hesitate to come back for a future procedure.

I had a very disappointing experience with this office. My initial appointment with Iris Gin lasted…read moreless than two minutes. I had already been referred for laser treatment, so there was essentially no consultation. I paid a $50 copay, and the visit felt more like an opportunity to discuss additional services that I immediately declined. Two or three days later, the office called to say insurance had approved 39 sessions. I scheduled the treatment and drove about 20 minutes each way to the office. I again paid the $50 copay, only to be taken into an exam room by Physician Assistant Julie Lam and told that the laser machine was broken and the treatment could not be performed. What was most frustrating is that nobody called me beforehand to let me know the equipment was unavailable. I was told the appointment also included a consultation, which made little sense because I had already seen the doctor and knew exactly what treatment I was there for. I requested a refund of the $50 copay, which is currently being processed. While I appreciate that, it doesn't change the fact that I wasted approximately 40 minutes driving through Bay Area traffic for an appointment that should have been canceled or rescheduled in advance. In my experience, the staff were not particularly friendly or accommodating, and the overall communication and customer service were disappointing. I have PPO insurance and will be taking my business elsewhere. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office. Patients' time matters, and if a critical piece of medical equipment is unavailable, they should be notified before making the trip. You're welcome!!! I may have just saved you 40 minutes of Bay Area windshield time.

This review is for Alice and the front office team that helped me out on my first visit here…read more Walking in everyone who helped me complete paperwork was very friendly and helpful, definitely helped to be greeted with nice smiling faces especially when you're about to get poked and prodded , hehe. I was led to a private room fairly quickly, though I did make an appointment, Alice's assistant helped me complete consent forms and paperwork and then Alice joined me afterwards. I came in for some Botox today and mentioned I was unhappy with my current Medspa because I feel like my injections have not been lasting long and also feel like the injector have been missing spots that I had concerns about. Alice was very knowledgeable and recommended Daxxify to me and even explained the science behind it (though it flew over my head even though I nodded and made "mmhmm" sounds" ) and it was very much appreciated. However, I was sold on how much quicker it takes effect and also the pureness of the toxin. And Alice was right ! 2 days later my 11s are gone completely and you might well call me Elsa because I am FROZEN ! (In a good way lol) Alice was also helpful in suggesting other procedures for my other concerns that I will definitely be coming back for !

Mimi was able to help me by creating a regimen full of skin care products that I never had previously, and yes you HAVE to be consistent. She never once poked my skin using a needle or any rough tool to extract anything that will leave a mark. She is so gentle. My skin feels fresh and moisturized each and everyday. My skin with makeup application feels so much better. I received so many compliments about the glow of my skin & how clear it looks! My overall goal was to use less makeup (foundation) coverage and only acquire concealer for small corrections .. and, of course, my cream blush. Thanks to Mimi, my goal was achieved. More often I'd rather go with concealer instead of foundation just because my skin looks so good without it! Ladies, if this is the goal you're looking for, I promise you won't regret it. The cost is worth it all. Thank you Mimi for being part of my journey towards regaining my confidence back & embracing the skin God has created for me to love. Definitely will be a long time client.

I can really recommend MeMe from my personal experience going to her for hormonal acne concerns…read moreover the last 4.5 months. She gives firm and clear advice on consistency of skincare, which is something I was too lax on. And the new AM/PM routine really started to show results after daily consistent use around month 3. My skin is way better now, and has far less active breakouts and congestion than where I started from. When breakouts do happen, they are individual small pimples and not clusters of breakouts. So they go away on their own much faster. It's a relief to have clear skin again, thanks MeMe!

Last year I caved and tried a laser center that specifically advertised for removing it. That treatment did nothing, didn't even reduce the size and was a waste of money. I found Quinn on Yelp and although there were no reviews for specifically this condition I thought I'd go in for a consult. On the day of the consult itself she cauterized them all in under 15 mins! It's been about 2 weeks and everything is healed and looks great! I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Even if they come back I'll just go to Quinn again and have them cauterized. I can't even begin to express how nice it feels to not have them on my face! Quinn was great to work with and clearly knows what she's doing.

Because of the age of the scar, most of the treatment seemed to be microneedling, and very little--if any--Dysport appeared to be used. I was uncomfortable because I paid for a full Dysport syringe, yet I did not feel it was actually used for my treatment. At my last session, I was shown an empty syringe and told that everything had been used, but that did not match what I observed during the appointment. If I paid for a full syringe, I feel I should have been able to use any remaining product in another area or receive a clear explanation of exactly how it was used. I left feeling uneasy and did not return after 2024. I recently received a text inviting me back, which reminded me of this experience. I hope the office improves transparency about products, dosage, and charges so clients feel informed and comfortable.
