Dealing with her is stressful, she doesn't know how to talk to people at all. The vibes were not great but I gave it a try. The sugaring did work so I'll give 3 stars for that. I tried another sugaring place and wow what a difference. It was more relaxing, less painful, and the person doing my sugaring was very sweet. Plus it was way more affordable. I won't be coming back to this place again but I'm glad I gave sugaring a try much better than waxing.

She is so professional yet friendly and makes sure you are comfortable throughout your service. Her packages are amazing and she's very great about scheduling appointments and making sure that you are scheduled for your appointments at the right time. She just changed locations but it's very easy to get to and there's even a waiting room with a coffee machine. I can't recommend her enough because she is just so great. Also if you haven't tried Sugaring before, yes it can hurt depending on your pain tolerance but it's nothing crazier than waxing or any other kind of hair removal people typically do. The only uncomfortable part is really feeling a little sticky throughout your process but Linh Is really good about making sure you are cleaned up between the individual services you are doing and your session and at the end before you walk out the door. She does additional services like facials but I can't speak to that as I specifically go to her for sugaring. If you haven't been to her before, give her a text. She's very prompt at responding and will make sure you're booked for all the right services.

When I went to my appointment, they told me they didn't have Dysport and only had Daxxify. I ended up getting Daxxify twice and paid $500, which was almost double what I usually pay for my forehead treatment. It didn't work at all--no results. (I personally recommend not wasting your money on Daxxify.) I called them several times and asked for a refund. Eventually, they gave me another appointment for a Dysport treatment at no cost. But even after that, I still didn't get satisfying results. After all these injections and spending $500 just for my forehead, I personally do not recommend Ava Rejuvenation. I will definitely contact the Better Business Bureau about my experience. Please do your research before choosing where to go for your treatment.
