I had taken delivery from Denooyer new. Upon further inspection, even though tires are still in excellent condition the wear patterns look like the tires had never been rotated. I mentioned a few issues I had in addition to the main problem - wipers quit working. They looked my car over and found the problems, providing me with details and what could be fixed now and what could wait. They provided me details, cost, etc. and kept me apprised of progress. Additionally, they provided me a loaner car. This was a godsend as I was going to daily radiation therapy for cancer. I was so pleased with their care, I also asked them to give me an oil change as I knew it would be needed soon. I feel the cost of the work was very fair and will have the continue with the other things we found and put on hold. Great business!

(This is more than my dealership 25 miles away.) Today when I went in for the second of two oil changes, I stated that to the technician before I handed him the key. When I returned to pick up the vehicle I was charged another $120. For what? Oil, an oil filter. What else? Air in the tires above what the manufacturer recommends. Period. What about all those other service checks found on the website? Too bad, so sad. I dropped off my vehicle and they checked the alignment all over and recommended that I get all 4 done since it was off. It was $100 for the whole vehicle or $80 for just the front which I called for. They did a great job and I got my vehicle back before the kids got out of school to get them picked up. Not everyone does alignments.
