I adored the fact we had the owners son come to our home. He was such a delight. He preformed the water test and was ever so patient with all my questions thoroughly taking his time to answer them. Once we had a few quotes from other companies I saw that they had the best options. The installer came out and what a sweetheart made sure to put tarps and booties on as I just got new flooring. My husband enjoyed being walked through the equipment and how to work. The fact that for half of what other companies charged I was able to obtain all of our equipment with installation. I also got lifetime guarentee on parts including the electrical. I was thoroughly satisfied with all the work they did and the careful consideration they had for my home as well. We were so happy that my mother in law decided to give them a shot and had the same experience! I am ever so pleased! Thank you!
