Every instructor and the owner were so kind, encouraging, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they've created such a supportive community, whether you're brand new to Pilates or already obsessed. The workouts themselves? SO good. Challenging in the best way, super intentional, and left me feeling strong, centered, and honestly just really happy. She looked at me, assumed I was pregnant which is an interesting move (rather than asking) and said do you have a doctors note. I have tried multiple studios throughout this pregnancy and never have been asked this. She said it is listed on the website but I read through the note from the studio as well as info on class pass and saw nothing. Obviously I would have came with a note had I had any idea. I understand liability as I am an instructor but you wasted my morning, my time, and I wasn't able to get a workout in. I am happy to sign waivers but a doctors note is crazy. Do not recomend & will never be coming back.

I had been consistently working out 5-6 days a week for nearly 10 yrs... I owned a gym franchise location in town... fitness was my life. I sold the gym in 2018... and... just stopped. Stopped working out, stopped eating clean. In those 2 yrs I have started and stopped workout plans and diets... was just so hard getting back to it. In 2020... working from home really excelled the inactivity. I had a knee injury, ankles were always sore... My body was telling me it was time. Enter Core 10. I had never done a pilates workout in my life... but from the 1st class i was hooked. The instructors are top of the line... they were emailing and texting to follow up. Wanted to know my story. Really care about their members success. I love that the scheduling of the classes keeps me accountable and keep me getting up in the morning. The workouts are incredible. In June, 2022, when she was out of town, I stopped by HotWorx West Omaha (192nd & Pacific) since it was close to work. I was intrigued by the short classes as it had been a while since I had been to an exercise class. I started out with a cardio class (start every 15 minutes) and I was hooked. I always have loved the heat (am a huge fan of Bikram yoga), so to be able to exercise in a sauna was/is great for me. Now to inform my co worker. On her first day back, I had gone to a class over lunch, and when I came back, she noticed I had taken a shower and that my face was kind of red. Her question was... did you go work out, to which I responded - YEP!! She went the next day with me and we have been going ever since. She is more of an all cardio person, whereas I like to mix it up! It also helps that the studio has challenges which "make" us do certain classes in order to get points. Leanna, the manager, is so friendly and so helpful! I am so glad I stopped in to try it as now it has become a habit! Love it!!

I visited this fitness facility on a Saturday but waited until Monday to use my free pass. Once you…read moresign the waiver, you are ushered into a small room with equipment or mat space. I chose to go with the spin bikes. The staffers are not trained to answer questions regarding Exercise Science and go by a memorized script. The class is only 13 minutes long and I just assumed from Saturday's tour they were 30 minutes. There are no adequate spaces to hang up jackets per space, cubby boxes are not large enough to fit thick jackets. There are only 2 restrooms and no locker room space to change clothes. The video workout did not provide adequate instruction for various fitness levels or proper encouragement in my opinion. There was no warm up period when the bike ride instruction started. The first thing the video instructor wanted you to do was to place a large resistance on the bike, get up off the bike seat and start pedaling hard. When I asked the staff member about this, she repeated what was told to her that a warm up is unnecessary since the room is 130 degrees which is supposed to instantly warm up your muscles. I let her know that's not what happens when describing human physiology. The superficial blood vessels dilate, bringing blood to your skin and not to the gross skeletal muscles such as the glutes and quads that require this valuable blood to help ride up these hills. I think I caught her off-guard and she realized I wasn't going to sign up for a membership. Dry heat exercise can be helpful if you take special precautions such as warming up before your session. Static stretching is not a warm up. I would suggest going to the free weight area and performing lunges or body squats 5 minutes before your activity. Also, hyper hydrate with only cold water and drink cold water during your 13 minute session, regardless of what the staff members or video instructors tell you when to drink. I wish the video instructors would be certified by The American College of Sports Medicine which would greatly provide instant credibility especially when dealing with many clients of all fitness levels and any medical predisposition. Lastly, the video should always provide the opportunity to stop or slow down if experiencing specific symptoms during your activity.

Employees flat out lie about customers, employees hang up on customers then claim it's because customers cussed them out even when it's 100% a lie (this is legally called defamation). I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Continuing to lie by saying I was disrespectful, cursed them out. Not once did I raise my voice or speak disrespectful when in fact it was the exact opposite. The young employees here are incredibly disrespectful, will hang up on you, refuse to help you or get you in touch with management. When reaching out to other locations managers have told me they are required to get you in touch with a manager, these employees just hang up and refuse to do so. I would like specific examples of how I was disrespectful. Something they can't do because they lie and are unprofessional, other reviews back this up. The atmosphere is inviting, especially for such a solo - workout type gym. I love the ability to have access 24/7 while still feeling safe. The building is always clean and stocked. Weekends or unstaffed hours can sometimes mean there are things that need some attention but they do a great job of making that few and far between! Parking can sometimes be a hassle during the week because of the businesses surrounding them. I'm not sure if I'll ever quit these guys, they're awesome!
