I don't give money to shady businesses. So I tried OTF. It's like night and day! This is a REAL workout! The guidance through your workouts and the music and community is awesome! The staff is actually qualified to train, unlike the little kids with 6 hours of BS training at BA. First class is free! Try it! Love it!!!

I've been into health and fitness my whole life and OTF has been a game changer for me. What I…read morelike: *Mix of strength and cardio: I'm a firm believer you need both *Constant positive energy from the coaches *Music is *always* pumping *The workouts are always different so you don't get bored or feel like it's repetitive *Community is amazing and I've made some great new friends *Based off your personal heart rate to determine your zones which can be recalibrated as your fitness levels change *Huge variety of times so I have no excuse to not go between jobs, kids, and appts. 5am is my jam. *Great outlet to get out of the house into a different environment for working out with no interruptions *The best endorphin boost for mental clarity *Sets fun benchmarks and challenges as opportunities to grow stronger and faster *Probably the most important: it does not matter what size or shape or strength or pace you are at. Sure it can feel intimidating trying something new but you quickly realize it is self-paced. You aren't trying to keep up with anyone but yourself and no one is watching to see where you're at. This is far from an elitist group and I love seeing people from all different walks of life at different points of their fitness journeys. In 3 months I have lost 20lbs and 11% body fat. My BMI went from overweight to healthy and my goal is to maintain that. I have 5 kids under the age of 5 and want to be a good role model for them, and for any moms out there that you can still be healthy and strong during pregnancy and motherhood!

If you have back issues you seriously need to start your Yoga journey and this place is where to start. Lisa the owner is an amazing teacher and such a kind soul. All of the instructors have been fantastic and care deeply about what they do. Karma offers a variety of classes, both heated and air conditioned. In the past year I've tried just about every type of class they offer and I've found what works for me. From relaxing and meditative, to high intensity, they have a class for you. They have 2 class studios. The larger room is mostly used for heated classes. It's a large space with 2 mirrored walls which is great for self corrections and being able to see the instructor no matter where you are in the room. I've never felt cramped in the large room, it's so big!! The 2nd room is much smaller and is air conditioned. This room can get a bit crowded at times but usually it's plenty of space. They have yoga mats you can use if you need, plus all the props you could possibly want or need during your practice. They also sell some really nice yoga mats and athletic clothes in the main entrance area. The only thing I would change if I could is I wish the men's shower/locker room was a bit less cramped. Not much they can do about this though due to the location. Really only 3 people can be in the men's room at a time due to the size of the space. There are 2 showers and some small cubicles for storing your bag and one chair. I cannot comment on the woman room area, but I believe it's a bit larger. Bottom line: If you are looking for a place to try yoga or a seasoned "Yogie" give this place a try!

Not bad considering if I didn't like it, I only spent $20! (One class I believe is $13 or so). I was able to register for class online. On their website, they list all of the classes that are available and you are able to register for all of them online. Their classes range from 5:45 in the morning until 6:15 in the evening. There are many options for everyone. They also offer many different types of classes and when I went this morning, there were two going on at the same time. So, you have options, which is a plus! When you first walk in here, it is nice and spacious. You can see where you can put your shoes otherwise, there is a bathroom with cubbies where you can also put your things. They have yoga stuff on one of the walls that you can purchase. It is very clean and really, it's a calming atmosphere. The ladies that checked me in are super nice too. They made me feel really welcome even though I haven't done yoga in probably 2 years. The hot yoga class that I signed up for is pretty similar to others I have tried. The people in the class with me varied in skill and ability, which was nice. I didn't feel so bad. The instructor was also very helpful and made it possible for us to get what we needed out of the class. Another positive about Karma Yoga is that the hot yoga room, when you first walk in, smells like lavender! It took me by surprise since many hot yoga rooms do not smell particularly good at all! Right away, you are put into a calm mood. In all, I really loved my experience today and I honestly feel that I will extend my membership to longer than two weeks once my two weeks are up!

My friends and I did Chaeli's sculpt class (or I believe that's what it's called) and loved it. We were sweating our butts off, which who doesn't love a good sweat?! It was a combination of yoga poses, little bursts of cardio and strength training. Due to covid, the yoga studio isn't renting out Yoga matts and weights. I would recommend bringing a matt and 5lb weights for this class if you'd like. Otherwise my friends and I did it without a matt and weights and did just fine! Ps - if you don't have a yoga matt and your worried about the floor being hard, don't fret, the floors squishy! We signed up for our first free class through the mindbody app and it was one of the easiest processes I have ever done. The ladies at the location weren't super pushy about signing up for a paid membership and were extremely kind and chill. I'll definitely be back for another class!

I am a chiropractor in the area and Bill and I have great conversations about an array of different topics after our sessions in regards to the human body and nutrition. His overall knowledge and understanding about the body, and also about nutrition is unmatched. The class is always changing, always adapting to new things. The approach he has towards your fitness is much different than others, and I love it. He cares more about mobility and techniques in your exercises and that is how it should be. As this lowers the risk of injury and also ensures that you are doing things correctly, which will lead to more strength and mobility. There is no "standard" set, it is based on you and how you personally perform and how you can build from that; in a sense you against yourself. It is open 6 days a week, with Thursday's being a mobility day, typically yoga or Pilates, and other forms of active recovery, which is crucial and something that not everyone even thinks about adding to their workout plans, but definitely should. Mobility is something that we as a society have lost due to sitting 8 hours a day. While I personally have seen improvements in all my workouts since starting there, my overall mobility is what I have seen the most improvement. I have yet to have any personal training there, as I only do the classes, however as far as I can tell, those that do personal training have nothing but high praises as well.

The instructors are all very positive and encouraging and that helped me early on when I was very out of shape and was scared of being judged in the gym. CKO is a welcoming environment, regardless on whether you are already shredded or just beginning your athletic journey. If you are worried of being judged, I will squash that fear. DONT BE! The instructors and other boxers are all incredibly friendly and encouraging. I have not met an unfriendly person here. The classes themselves are a hour long and include primarily kickboxing, as well as ab workouts and other exercises depending on the day. On Wednesdays and Fridays, half of the class is spent doing strength training with weights and the TRX. All of these extra exercises are to improve your kickboxing. Whatever the activity, they are clear with instructions and if you are unsure of what you should be doing, the instructors are always happy to help. If you need to take a break, you arent judged and can jump back in when you are ready. I really like that CKO encrouages me not only to maintain, but improve. Natalia, Lornell, and the other instructors all push you to your limits and encourage you not to give up and to keep it going. I dont know how many times I have felt like giving up, and Dustin's speech gets me back on track. Seriously man, your speeches are awesome! CKO makes it really easy for me to get in shape. I was never an athletic person, but CKO has given me a love for kickboxing and makes me look forward to going to the gym. I would recommend anyone give them a try! You wont be disappointed.
