I had been consistently working out 5-6 days a week for nearly 10 yrs... I owned a gym franchise location in town... fitness was my life. I sold the gym in 2018... and... just stopped. Stopped working out, stopped eating clean. In those 2 yrs I have started and stopped workout plans and diets... was just so hard getting back to it. In 2020... working from home really excelled the inactivity. I had a knee injury, ankles were always sore... My body was telling me it was time. Enter Core 10. I had never done a pilates workout in my life... but from the 1st class i was hooked. The instructors are top of the line... they were emailing and texting to follow up. Wanted to know my story. Really care about their members success. I love that the scheduling of the classes keeps me accountable and keep me getting up in the morning. The workouts are incredible. Its low impact... but high intensity and just killer. I am working out to failure, every workout. Its just amazing. I am hooked. Doing at least 4 workouts a week, each week. In just 8 weeks, my strength, flexibility and balance are improving at great speed. I'm stronger... and ready to start tackling the diet... which is also included in your membership. I received a tact the next day asking about my interest in Pilates and fitness level. Closer to my appointment I received a text reminder, advised grippy socks are req and the name of my trainer. The lobby is a nice size. There is a bench in front of the window. Lockers for personal items. Retail space with socks, shirts and other items. Behind the lobby is the training space. I didn't count how many reformers are there, but it's enough to hold a small class. I recommend if you never tried Pilates or worked on a reformer to ask lots of questions. Schedule a private session if possible. The cost of membership is an investment and the details are discussed after the class. To get your money's worth it's best to attend at least twice a week. I appreciate they offer drop in at $25-35 per class. Which may be a good option if you plan to attend one or two classes a month.

They have everything you need to take a class if even if you do not have your own mat! They have cleaning supplies there also if you are concerned with Covid etc. Cindy the owner is very enthusiastic about helping people with their fitness goals. The Yoga classes they offer are limited which is my only reason for 4 stars. My wife has been taking Pilates classes here for the same time frame and she is also very happy with everything. There is definitely more time options for the Pilates classes vs Yoga.

Our instructor Katie explained well and clear what needed to be done and corrected form when needed! Highly recommend, will be back :)
