I have been going to classes for almost two years now, and have battled the urge to ask people check out my core. My wife would freak, so jut take my word for it- it's really solid. That's due to the work we do. Instructors are great, and they really know what they are doing. Classes are relatively small, so they keep a close eye on you doing the exercises properly. We've learned it's pretty much a waste and potentially harmful to do them incorrectly. It's also a great group to be around.

I had been consistently working out 5-6 days a week for nearly 10 yrs... I owned a gym franchise location in town... fitness was my life. I sold the gym in 2018... and... just stopped. Stopped working out, stopped eating clean. In those 2 yrs I have started and stopped workout plans and diets... was just so hard getting back to it. In 2020... working from home really excelled the inactivity. I had a knee injury, ankles were always sore... My body was telling me it was time. Enter Core 10. I had never done a pilates workout in my life... but from the 1st class i was hooked. The instructors are top of the line... they were emailing and texting to follow up. Wanted to know my story. Really care about their members success. I love that the scheduling of the classes keeps me accountable and keep me getting up in the morning. The workouts are incredible. Its low impact... but high intensity and just killer. I am working out to failure, every workout. Its just amazing. I am hooked. Doing at least 4 workouts a week, each week. In just 8 weeks, my strength, flexibility and balance are improving at great speed. I'm stronger... and ready to start tackling the diet... which is also included in your membership. I received a tact the next day asking about my interest in Pilates and fitness level. Closer to my appointment I received a text reminder, advised grippy socks are req and the name of my trainer. The lobby is a nice size. There is a bench in front of the window. Lockers for personal items. Retail space with socks, shirts and other items. Behind the lobby is the training space. I didn't count how many reformers are there, but it's enough to hold a small class. I recommend if you never tried Pilates or worked on a reformer to ask lots of questions. Schedule a private session if possible. The cost of membership is an investment and the details are discussed after the class. To get your money's worth it's best to attend at least twice a week. I appreciate they offer drop in at $25-35 per class. Which may be a good option if you plan to attend one or two classes a month.

The Yoga classes they offer are limited which is my only reason for 4 stars. My wife has been taking Pilates classes here for the same time frame and she is also very happy with everything. They offer many different classes for all levels. It is the perfect way to start dancing again or start learning how to dance! It is a zero pressure environment, so you can just come in and have fun dancing. The great thing about this studio is that it is mainly a drop-in studio. Zero commitment, come as you please and if you cannot make it one week, no big deal. There are so many different classes to dapple in, so you are sure to find one you like! My sister had joined Hotworx shortly after Krystle did and I had been meaning to try a free class with them for some time. After setting up my initial free class with Haley the three of us managed to finally take one of these virtual sauna classes together. It was super fun and I was absolutely down to supplement my powerlifting workouts with these quick and intense workouts in the saunas. It's been a little over a month since I joined and I have loved being able to sign up for classes at any time of the day in a 24 hour period, being in the sauna by myself or the max of 3 people. It has been the perfect self care regimen I've needed since the weirdness of the pandemic and the world getting to a new norm. I know I'll keep coming back to this location to workout with my sister and Krystle as well as one that's opening up near where I live. We tried a yoga class at my first class here and it was great! I have tried yoga at many other place before, but since you can probably only fit a maximum of maybe 3 people at most in a room at a time, I felt way more comfortable here than anywhere else I have ever done yoga in my life! Hotworx gets its name because, well, you get to workout in an infrared sauna! You definitely will sweat! After our workout was finished, I was able to take a tour of the studio and Haley was our guide. She is so helpful and friendly! She is definitely what made me want to come back for a second workout, after which, I did end up signing up for a membership. It is so worth it if you think about it! You can do so many different classes at different times of day! If you need to cancel, you can cancel about 2 minutes before class and you can sign up just before class starts as well if there is available spots! Hotworx is so convenient for a busy person!
