History
Established in 1983.

In addition to being our director, she also served as the national director of stress management for the Ornish Spectrum program at hospital sites across USA for over 30 years! She's been a foundational leader in the field of yoga therapy which resonates in our classes and workshops.
Our center is located in the heart of historic downtown Benson! We are committed to meeting students where they are, as they are, while providing a safe and peaceful environment to facilitate healthy transformation.
We have been certifying teachers in the Midwest for over 40 years and have the most comprehensive, trusted Yoga Certification program in our area. We offer an in-depth study of the many aspects and practices of Yoga, with a focus on how to practice and teach Yoga safely, dynamically and with an open-heart.
