I found hot yoga several years ago when I was in Vegas and found it very helpful. Fast forward several years and not enough stretching later, I needed a new pathway and OTY is exactly what I needed. The staff here is AMAZING!! I can't say that enough. They really give you a sense of belonging while you're there and there is never any judgement. Everyone that goes there is on a different level and they do a great job meeting everyone at that level. Bernie is great at pushing you just enough to ease you through your comfort zone. And Lynsi must be a great story teller in real life. She has a way of projecting her words that is very calming. I'll keep you updated next month! Namaste.

She looked at me, assumed I was pregnant which is an interesting move (rather than asking) and said do you have a doctors note. I have tried multiple studios throughout this pregnancy and never have been asked this. She said it is listed on the website but I read through the note from the studio as well as info on class pass and saw nothing. Obviously I would have came with a note had I had any idea. I understand liability as I am an instructor but you wasted my morning, my time, and I wasn't able to get a workout in. I am happy to sign waivers but a doctors note is crazy. Do not recomend & will never be coming back.

The wedding coordinator who was there at the beginning was also pretty nice. I would not recommend this place for nothing. My daughter has been going here since summer 2021 (we moved here from D.C.). OGA staff and coaches are great. My daughter loves it and has great friends here at OGA. The staff holds regular meetings and parties to make this a positive experience for everyone. There's also a good parent booster club that enhances the overall experience for the girls and parents.
