Employees flat out lie about customers, employees hang up on customers then claim it's because customers cussed them out even when it's 100% a lie (this is legally called defamation). I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Continuing to lie by saying I was disrespectful, cursed them out. Not once did I raise my voice or speak disrespectful when in fact it was the exact opposite. The young employees here are incredibly disrespectful, will hang up on you, refuse to help you or get you in touch with management. When reaching out to other locations managers have told me they are required to get you in touch with a manager, these employees just hang up and refuse to do so. I would like specific examples of how I was disrespectful. Something they can't do because they lie and are unprofessional, other reviews back this up. It is clean and attractive with, mirrors, pictures on the wall, lighting effects, and toiletries for you to use in the restrooms. And everyone is very friendly. Most importantly, it has the best instructors of any club I have ever been to. During the early part of the pandemic when my own health club closed, I began taking barre, flow and yoga classes online through DynamiX, and I cannot say enough about how much more in shape I am today than when I started. The classes aren't easy. There were lots of things I couldn't do at first, and even now some moves are too hard for me, but I have kept at it - I still keep at it - and I amaze myself with how much I can improve. My sister takes different classes (body pump, body attack, body combat, and step), and she says she has wonderful instructors, too. If you live in Omaha, you can enjoy the social side of taking DynamiX classes in person, but I actually love attending online because I save so much travel time and am ready for the rest of my day as soon as class is over. Usually the instructor and sometimes a student or two chat with me before class, so I even get some socializing in. In fact, I never feel deprived of anything by exercising at home. On the contrary....

After trying different types of classes the first week, I then settled on a regular schedule of Flow with Kelly, Barre with Lindsay, and Body Pump with Bri. The instructors are tough and the classes demanding, but the more I work out, the easier it gets. I can already see definition in my arms and legs that I could not see before, I know I am stronger, and I feel healthier. I want to give special metnion to Kelly because every single time I take a flow class with her I am aware of something I can do that I could not do the time before. My balance gets better and better and I am much more flexible. What's more is that I come out of every class both relaxed and energized. Believe me, I would be a fool if I did not continue my exercise classes. I will continue, and I will write a follow-up review in a few months.

I would definitely consider trying the other classes Power Life offers and want to incorporate more of the movements I learned into my workout routine!

Corey was our instructor and he was fantastic. He was motivating and the chosen music was on point. There's just something about group exercise classes that get you to burn way more calories than if you did your own workout, which I truly appreciate. You wear a heart monitor/band so that you can track your progress and workout competitively. You can see your name on the monitor to see where you're at in the class. The studio is has cool lights and plenty of space. They "floor" benches are pretty compact such that they hold all the weights and bands that you possibly need in a small space so you're not hitting your neighbor. Parking is free too which is great. I'm definitely feeling that good burn post workout day 1. Your first class is free, so while I would love to go back, classes are a bit pricey. Maybe in due time though I'll return!

These instructors have to be heavily trained to be part DJ and Cycle Instructor at the same time! Rather than cycling to a specific goal, you go along with the beat, and decide on your resistance.
