I have seen such a drastic change in my body, gaining incredible muscle and finding great muscle definition in the hardest to define regions. My pure barre journey started at the tuscaloosa studio and I picked it back up when I moved to Nashville two years ago. The brentwood studio and staff offer killer workouts with lasting results. I find that my day is thrown off when I miss a class and I look forward to the hour to focus on myself every day. I love Pure Barre Brentwood! It's the first workout program that has captured and held my interest for a significant amount of time. This is the first workout that I've actually looked forward to attending. I feel like something is missing from my day if I can't make it. This studio is extremely welcoming from the moment you walk in the door, and each staff member makes a point to get to know you in those first few classes. PBBW is a wonderful place to get in shape. Staff provide a warm, welcome environment. Everyone is called by their first name from day 1 when entering and exiting the building and also during class for special shout outs which make you feel special. All instructors give hands on assistance during class, if needed, and they turn their microphone off while doing so as to not embarrass you in front of others. Pure barre is a captivating and non-traditional work out that "lifts, tones, and burns" your entire body all under 55 minutes. Highly recommend to anyone! read more

The Pure Barre studio in Brentwod is just fantastic! I had no background at all with this type of workout when I started, and no dance experience. There's a little bit of a learning curve to get used to the movements and the lingo, but it is totally worth sticking it out! I'm so impressed with the improvements I've seen in my core strength and flexibility just in ten classes. I have to admit I was nervous my first time only because I had not worked out in a long time. I would say don't be nervous, all the instructors are amazing. Abby & Lauren are two of my favs and they are so helpful! Pure barre Brentwood is the most amazing place! All the instructors are very knowledgable! They always provide detailed instructions along with demoing the moves! You could keep your eyes closed the whole time and listen to the instructions and be spot on! My favorite is that the instructors work out with us!! My wife has been going to PB for nearly a year. I cannot say enough great things about her entire experience. The staff is fantastic, friendly and helpful. And then there is the workout- it's intense but great for the beginner and the expert. The total body workout has increased her flexibility and made her much leaner and stronger. I love Pure Barre!! I was skeptical at first. I didn't think I could get a good workout being one that usually signed up for boot camps. Boy was I wrong! This is the most encouraging workout environment I have ever been to! The staff is incredibly friendly. They learn your name quickly, greet you every time you walk in the doors, and have so many fun challenges for you to accomplish.
