We came to agreement on a price and he passed my info to the store. I was contacted by Andy from the store and we set up the sale; everything was fine, but then he called me back and told me he would be worried about it until the treadmill actually reached my house. He told me he had a brand new True treadmill in the store that he could sell me for the close to same price. This meant that I would get the warranty the comes with buying new equipment versus just a 2 year warranty on a refurbished treadmill. And it was BRAND NEW. After a few more questions from me to make sure it would fit my needs, I agreed it would be perfect. I purchased the true PS 300 and it was delivered the following week. The crew came and set it up in my garage and it has been getting used daily for a week now. It is great! The process to purchase the machine was smooth and the salespeople were helpful. I don't need drama or to deal with someone's insecurities when I'm trying to workout. Also, I think one of the front desk girls need business and customer service training to understand how to treat paying customers. Customers pay salaries and can choose to take their money elsewhere at any moment.

I know it's not always possible to get individual pointers on form or alternate exercises if you're avoiding repeat injuries, so when it does happen it sure makes me extra grateful they took the time to offer suggestions and time to help. I also notice a huge difference in the coaches that are friendly and seem like they WANT to be there, and Bird was definitely personable and intentional and seemed excited/happy to BE THERE. I saw him checking in with so many people there today, not just me. Also the surge times written out on the whiteboard were sooooo helpful with the tread50 template today! Again, one of the best experiences here at OTF Brentwood and at OTF in general. I felt the same way when I had my first class with Fury here at OTF Brentwood. So wonderful! Predatory business practice…read more Do not let your college kids sign up for this service. The website does not allow you to cancel and they say you have to come in person. I told the woman on the phone that all of my kids were out of state and they couldn't come to cancel in person. She said that is the policy. I said that they stopped using it on Aug 2nd, but they charged me again on Aug 15th. I asked for the manager's email to email my cancellation. This was ignored. I sent another email which was ignored. We had to cancel the card that was setup to pay because they still have our account listed as active and we will not let them steal our money again.

She was friendly and organized. She started the class on time and ended right at the hour. Everyone was very friendly and the workout was tough. I left very sweaty and feeling great. It was truly the best hour of my day. Parking is plentiful and the gym a lot of spaces to use. It's a quick in and out. No hassles finding the place as it's just up the road from sonic. Nate the owner came in following the class and introduced himself. All the coaches are very approachable, the facilities are clean, equipment is in really great condition, I've never felt too crowded (I usually attend evening classes, not sure what morning classes look like), parking is never a problem, safety is important here (I know CrossFit can get a bad rep sometimes for focusing on pushing your body where it shouldn't/isn't ready to go), the environment is welcoming, and use of a gym app called Wodify helps you track your progress, etc. Highly recommend!
