Those 2 classes turned into getting an "elite" membership which is ~$70 for 8 classes a month. This was perfect for starting out because I still wanted to get a sense of the studio, the instructors and if it was something I would continue to do in the future. At first, IT WAS HARD. And it's still hard now but I love every single workout that I go to! The coaches are encouraging and engaged in your individual needs inside the gym. My favorite coach is Fury, if you try out a class be sure to go to one of hers! She's always present about individual performs and offers changes to the workouts to accommodate. For example, I have back problems and she always checks in with me when we do exercises that might cause issues and has shown me different stretches and stuff to do to alleviate the pain (of course recommending that I also go see a doctor ahah). If you're looking for a new gym definitely try this place out. The price is definitely higher than other commercial gyms, but the coaches and quality if the workouts are worth it. YOU are worth the investment! Pro tip: park at the CVS next door! There are always spots available and it's easier than the parking garage

My teacher was holly and she was great and friendly. Her class was hard but I didn't expect anything less from NB workouts! I personally like the set up of the studio, it's much different than our studio in Arlington. I like the change in scenery. If you've never been here, it's in a small square across from the Macy's/Starbucks and the studio is upstairs! You sign in the front desk and come early if you are a new client. The cubbies and hooks are up front for you to put your stuff in before going in the studio. I never checked out the bathroom so I can't say much about it but I did see that there is free childcare if you are a mother or babysitting and wanna get a workout in. Front desk was friendly but not as friendly as I expected it to be. I told her that I signed up through classpass and she didn't seem to care much or asked where I'm coming from. I also forgot my water bottle and hair tie so I asked if they have hair ties and I had to pay $1 for a hair tie....like cmon now. My pure barre studio in Arlington has complimentary hair ties and make up ups, tampons, spray deodorant and dry shampoo in the bathrooms, those items should be complimentary especially mostly girls come to barre class. I like that we used the small foam rollers in the workout because that's new to me. I overall liked my experience and I would come back here again if I visit Nashville in the future. Holly talked to me after class and we bonded over barre classes and which ones were my favorite, I highly recommend taking her class!

Studio owner Stephanie has been part of Nashville's pilates community for years, and it's been fun to watch her build out Frame over the last 2-3 years, continuously adding new teaching talent, class offerings (jumpboards, 55+, strength, etc.) and studio upgrades. Frame is an approachable environment for all fitness levels and a great place to start your pilates journey. After attending other staple studios in Nashville, I ultimately joined Frame when it opened in September 2023. I was already a fan of Stephanie's instruction and several other familiar instructors joined her there as well. Having now taken 300+ classes, it's been a highlight to see other regulars who joined at the very beginning still showing up on a weekly basis.

Owner, Alexander Kaufmann, and manager of Pepper Boxing ATL, Chase Pickett, are two incredibly…read moredishonorable individuals. These men asked individuals to train to lead the classes taught at Pepper Boxing while reassuring said individuals that they would be compensated for their time, so long as they did not quit training of their own volition. Three weeks into training, they decided to mention that not all of the individuals who had completed training up to that point would be continuing on as trainers with Pepper Boxing, all while still reassuring the individuals that they would be paid for the time the committed to training. After choosing trainers who would be hired to train at Pepper Boxing, Alexander Kaufmann and Chase Pickett both decided to go against the word they so adamantly stated during several trainings and did not compensate individuals who were not asked to stay with Pepper Boxing as trainers despite the time, energy and money they dedicated to Pepper Boxing with the understanding that they would be paid so long as they did not choose to quit. When I reached out to Alexander Kaufmann and Chase Pickett regarding compensation, Alexander as the owner, did not have enough dignity to respond to my e-mails or text messages. Chase Pickett had enough decency to reply to my e-mails after having to text him, and he blatantly ignored the fact that he personally reassured me of payment to follow Alexander's decision to bring me on as a trainer at Pepper Boxing in Atlanta. Alexander Kaufmann and Chase Pickett are under the impression that the training they provided individuals is valuable enough to take to other organizations without recognizing the fact that neither or them teach anything that could be applied anywhere other than Pepper Boxing. They aren't even teaching their members the PROPER BOXING punches.
