They gave a little more instruction and started with some slower moves which is nice for the newbies. My legs were SHAKING during the bar portion. My mom liked it so much she's thinking about going back for another class. They offer a free week for locals which is nice. Parking was easy. Studio was nice looking and very clean. They have the cutest items! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. It's always intimidating walking into a new studio and a new workout you've never done. It was judgment free and some of the regulars just started talking to us right away. The classes are tough for my skill set but at the same time they don't judge you if your a beginner or never have taken barre, yoga or cardio classes. I was expecting some sort of dance class but it is unique because they add elements of cardio and yoga in it. So far I have had the pleasure of taking Fabiana's class over the weekend. She was encouraging as well as helpful during my moments of cluelessness. I enjoyed the work out so much that I decided to try this studio for a month to see what kind of results I get. Also I took Jackie's class as well. She was so nice and made sure I was not lost. At times I want to laugh while in class because I look so ridiculous doing the poses however it's a fun learning experience. This type of studio took me out of my comfort zone and I'm really liking it. Every instructor is very caring and do not make you feel like a outsider. I would recommend anyone to try a barre class. But I guess why Pure Barre has worked so well for me is simple. It works on what my body needs,as well as it takes me back to my youth of those Saturday mornings at Ballet class when I was a child. Now of course a lot older you have the ballet barre. I love my toe shoes replaced with socks with grips instead. You get in all the stretch's we all desperately need especially after sitting behind a desk all day. I can actually touch my toes again after maybe 10 classes lol. The teachers are so kind and helpful as well as all the nice ladies who come here( I have to even seen some men occasionally). A bonus I even made some new friends. That isn't an easy feat especially during a pandemic and wearing a mask. What a great way to get off those pounds I put on while isolating at home with all my favorite treats. My posture is better and I am getting more toned. Also beautiful clothes they sell here , so for me it is like one stop shopping! If I were you I would give them a call and get yourself into the next open class. You truly will fall in love with everything!

I had assumed we would be using the barre because of the name of the class but instead we did some kinda tough (for moi) vinyasa flows - think 3 sets of 10 pushups, many more squats and crunches - including hand weight work. I had been expecting Enya and essential oil but got Black Eyed Peas and tricep dips. Not complaining, the workout kicked my butt but just know where your head should be at before you go in.

The studio has a number of classes that use silks that hang from the ceiling for various classes. Although I was not there for that type of class it looks like a great class to try in the future. The owner of the studio was so welcoming and open her studio for the sound meditation event. If you haven't been to a sound meditation it has to be one of my favorite experiences. It was an hour and 15 minutes where you relax laying down on a mat as the instructor plays metal bowls which create a vibration that goes through body. At the end of the class I left the studio completely relaxed. Thank you to Katrina that led the class such an amazing experience.

This is an awesome facility and I truly enjoy spending time there. There's something for everyone no matter what your fitness goals are-- during my time as a member I've gone from "taking a break" from working out and doing a lot of yoga/relaxing and now currently getting back into a bodybuilding program. The gym offers a variety of equipment and I never have to improvise due to lack of equipment. I might be staying the obvious here, but if you are into powerlifting, I would probably go elsewhere. The cardio machines are brand new and really nice. The actual place itself is very clean. I feel totally comfortable showering in the locker room and they have everything you need- towels, body wash, lotion, razors, etc. The outdoor pool is really pretty and nice to relax at after a workout. Staff is super nice and helpful. I have yet to buy any food from the cafe but it looks good. Definitely some good options if you're in a bind or spending a long time there. I will gladly pay the extra $ to train in a clean and peaceful gym.

I simply cannot believe the decisions made for their renovation. I understand renovations were needed as the gym they previously purchased and renamed, did need several cosmetic updates. However, whoever made the decisions for this specific location seriously is tone deaf, and should not be put in charge of such decisions in the future. Not to mention, the air conditioning still stops working randomly, the showers are not open for use, can't use the court because of construction, several classes unavailable. And they are still charging full price. The only silver lining, and also the only reason I left two stars, is because the lifting area is still nicely maintained. And honestly, after seeing what they chose to do with the basketball courts, I will no longer be coming to this location. Removal of the full court NBA sized court with all the side baskets will affect their membership numbers more than they realize. This location has long been a legendary court where high-level players and their training staff and friends would frequent. Especially over the summer. Now it's been downsized to a LA Fitness style court. Also, considering how much it cost nowadays to replace of hardwood basketball court, if they ever chose to go back on their decision, it would cost them triple. Absolutely bonehead move by whoever signed off on this. Whoever made this decision, does not understand the local community and their desires. Furthermore, it's not like they were short on space. There's plenty of room in this massive gym to have turf placed without cutting up the bball floor. Not to mention, the other nearest lifetime in Palm Beacch Gardens only has Pickleball courts. So basically, if you are a basketball player, Life Time doesn't really care about you. Such an absolute shame. Local community that is affected by this will find alternate locations. Personally, I will be going to the equinox in West Palm. Feel free to include a boring corporate response below this review, but understand that no matter what you say, you made a terrible decision which was not " in the best interest of the community". I hate how so many things nowadays are made worse by someone sitting behind a desk signing off on bad ideas. Well, understand that now people who used to drive over an hour to come use this gym will find other places to go.
