Located next to Havertys furniture, Evolution Yoga offers much more than yoga classes. Unfortunately I never tried anything other than yoga. In the yoga rooms there are no mirrors (I like mirrors which help with my alignment). The yoga classes I took seem to be more fitness-based and not so much spiritual (I prefer the more spiritual). The space is huge and spotless. The bathroom is amazing and huge as well. I never got a chance to take a shower there, but they're massive and gorgeous with all kinds of stuff to use. The front desk is hit or miss - for my first class I was given no instructions or told where to go, etc. For the next class the girl was super helpful. It's not exactly my cup of tea or vibe, but I was impressed with the space itself. In a world of egregious cancellation fees, it's so so nice to be treated like a human being. I missed a workshop I had been looking forward to all month. Fast forward to the day of, I completely didn't remember until the class was just ending. The thought of the relaxing, aerial sound bath helped me survive November, I swear. Embarrassed, I emailed the studio. The studio manager didn't even take ten minutes to get back to me and their response was so gracious. I really appreciated being taking care of. And for the anxious girlies, it was the perfect welcome. It lets me know I can try new things here and enjoy the process, without feeling self conscious. read more

Briana (blonde hair girl with a bun) at the front desk was extremely rude and condescending. It was my sisters first class and her experience was very poor. The class was great but it was her first time she didn't even greet us she just angrily said that we we're late and made us feel uncomfortable and like a burden. Then she proceeded to roll her eyes when I was not walking fast enough to the back door and counted the minutes we were late. I forgot my water in the car so when I came back she continued to make faces and I asked her name and she said Briana and she was saying "now you are 5 min late" with a really disrespectful attitude. This experience was rly disappointing because no other employee made me feel this way. I expressed when I came for my first class they were helpful and kind even tho I was in at the time the class started. That type of attitude is not appreciated and will drive people away. read more

I've been coming to Evolution for many years, and I must say, the experience starts right when you walk in. The front desk staff is very welcoming and you are always greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. The studio itself is immaculate, with a serene atmosphere that instantly puts you in the right zone. It's clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a clean and inviting space, from the lobby, to the classrooms (there are many) to the locker rooms. The vibes in the studio are great. Each session is filled with positive energy, encouraging everyone to connect with themselves and each other. There is a real sense of community. I work from home, so I love the great schedule they offer. They offer all types of workouts, but my personal favorite is the owner Maxine's Hot Yoga class which is a staple on Sundays. On top of working out every inch of your body, her play lists are classic as well. She helps me reset my week every Sunday. I'm also obsessed with any and all classes that Rachel Bash teaches, including Yoga Sculpt, and Pilates Sculpt. She does not play. So many great classes and teachers to choose from. If you like a great flow that will make you work, but is unheated and includes a light touch during Savasana, this is the class for you. Drop-ins are $20, but it's well worth it. My new favorite studio! It's clean, and the staff is nice and the equipment is pretty new. I love that there are a variety of different classes at different times each day so everyone can find something that suits them at the most convenient time. I first discovered Evolution Yoga through a Groupon deal but I decided to stay cause their Unlimited Class packages are affordable at $89 a month auto renewal. They also have 5 or 10 class packages that average out to $17+ a class. Still affordable compared to other gyms that I was paying $109 for only 8 classes. The class sizes are around 5-7 people for my Barre classes and around 15 in the Hot Pilates classes I've taken. The instructors are friendly and informative. I love the flow of the classes. It's a hard workout yet still fun. The music playlists they use are fantastic. I usually take Kelsey, Maria and Amber's classes. I highly recommend them. So much energy and they really push you to achieve more. The shower and bathrooms are well kept and clean. They have a huge open cubby section along the wall. This place is great, I got their 30 days for $30 deal to try out the studio and classes. The first couple of classes I booked so far raja yoga, love barre & barefoot bootcamp we're amazing! The only reason I'm giving them 4 starts is because I booked their only 30 minute class hosted by Jeannie Cassara which started at 1pm. I left my house on time, as usual, but due to some heavy traffic I walked into her class at 1:01pm and she said turned me away rudely & said I could not join. This is a studio that has it all, great classes and awesome people! It's the first studio where I feel 100% comfortable coming to the classes. It really doesn't matter if I'm wearing Lululemon or not. Fees are also something great to talk about. You can pay by class or you can get an UNLIMITED plan! Yes, you pay a flat rate and can go as many tomes as you wants, they even have a discount for students and other categories! The schedule is finally one that I can incorporate in my routine, most the classes in the morning are also offered at night, it starts as early as 6am with a pause in the middle of the day and picking it back up around 4pm until 7pm depending on the day. Everyone is there to get a great workout and start/finish their day. Staff is always attentive, I feel the teachers really care about you and are always encouraging. I was very upset they didnt even try to accommodate since its rush hour and school zones are active in the area. I'm finally writing a review after coming here for 2 years. First I would like to commend the entire staff. Every class they offer has a well trained, professional, kind and helpful instructor. When you first walk in to the studio you are greeted by a staff member with a big welcoming smile on their face! And when you leave you get a warm goodbye as well. I enjoy the experience every time. The studio is clean, constantly disinfected and the rooms are quite cozy. This place truly feels like home! My favorite class is Yin yoga, with the most passionate instructor Melanie Cordover. I cannot say enough about her, but the one thing that stands out is her ability to make you feel like you're the most special person in the room, what a talent!!!!! They're always bringing in new talent as workshops to share all the different expressions of yoga for the students. The teachers are where it's at. Dissatisfied with this studio. I started classes there shortly after it opened, and found that their yoga classroom was not up to snuff. Imagine trying to find peace in Shivasana with pounding base and riotous screaming in the room next door. Claims to be a yoga studio, but disrespects the practice in service to their gym style classes. I know basic gyms that honor the practice more than this 2nd rate studio. In addition, be wary of their autopay membership. I asked to be placed on autopay for my convenience, and recently, although I stopped using my membership at the end of October and requested a cancellation since the first week of November, I was still charged for two months that I did not use the membership. To make matters worse, their front desk manager refused to rectify the situation, even though I was not advised of their "cancellation policy" in neither of the phone calls I initially placed, only after the cancellation was processed. In addition to that, they specifically took a prolonged period to process so that it fell right inside the payment processing window, and advised of payment processing on a Sunday, a day the bank is closed. Their shady cancellation policies and procedures have left a very bad impression of the establishment on me. I was already hesitant about recommending people because it's difficult to concentrate in the classroom space, but now I will not recommend anyone- I'd rather not subject them to the headaches that I have been put through as a result of their extortive practices. read more

I just recently took the Hot Pilates class at 6pm on Thursday instructed by Vivian, and let me tell you about my positive experience; I had the most motivating workout I have ever had in my life. I was pushed so hard and encouraged every step of the way. I get apprehensive about trying something new, or doing group classes, but Vivian had so much energy I felt like had constant attention to keep going as if it was one on one. This studio opened up recently and I think that other studios in the area are in trouble! I don't know how this happened but I found myself in a Hot Pilates class with my mother and IT WAS NO JOKE. Cocolah Patitus was amazing and so adorable. I highly recommend taking a Love Barre and Pilates class with her. Her energy is contagious and she will make sure you got those squats and pull ups down! There's also a store inside that sells apparel, merchandise, and paintings! They pretty much have everything from showers to a lounge area to relax in. Very nice yoga facility! Beautiful and modern. I chose the Hot flow class @ 9:15am. It was tough but also feels good to get that workout out of the way! The only suggestion would be for the class is for the instructor to slow down on the instructions, at times he would just go very fast and I couldn't keep up. Awesome class though, I will be back and I'm interested in taking other classes as well. LOVE everything about Evolution. I loved it so much that I signed up for unlimited, monthly membership and I am SO happy I did. This place has top-notch instructors, clean facilities, water bottle filler, friendly staff, lockers (so crucial) and a wonderful ambiance. I love to have variety in my work-out which is why I used to have Class Pass. I found Evolution because it was one of the gyms on that app. However, I continued to go to Evolution so much that I never went anywhere else! I jumped shipped and signed up for an Evolution membership. I take about three classes a week, which makes great use of the unlimited membership. I adore Mary-Ann's yoga class. She has soul and challenges you in the best way! Hot pilates and hot yoga are also incredible. Barre is challenging, yet fun. There are tons more classes I want to explore but my favorites are the yoga classes for sure. They even have a nice touch at the end of hot yoga...they give you a cool towel during Shavasana! This studio offers heated classes in bootcamp, various yoga,Pilates,ropes and bars. The online evolution app is easy to use. Cons: The website has some login glitches but the app always works.
