While I still love F45's training model and the camaraderie of the people in my class, I am sorely disappointed with the turnover of the staff and trainers. Last September 2021, the gym was bought by new owners. It seemed evident from the beginning that they were more interested in profits than people. Whenever we get a great trainer, they get fired or quit. It's been a constant revolving door filled with empty promises. I go to the gym for good vibes and they're just not there anymore. PREVIOUSLY:Super friendly and knowledgable staff. The workouts are great and trainers keep you motivated and on track. Definitely never boring! I highly recommend for all fitness levels.

I have been a part of several amazing gyms, I have had the privilege of coaching so many people over the years, and I owned my own CrossFit gym for 5 years. When I decided to sell my gym, I thought I was done with CrossFit. I tried going to a traditional gym - but I was bored. I didn't think I'd be able to find another gym where I felt as comfortable and welcomed as my own. But, thankfully, I was so wrong. Immersion is run by owners and coaches that are just as, if not more, passionate as I was. It has top-of-the-line equipment. Everything is always clean. The set-up with two rooms allows them to run two different style classes at once. As a busy professional, and father of 3 young boys, I love their schedule with classes throughout the day, and I appreciate that I can bring my boys to take the kids class while I take the Crossfit class at the same time! The members are all ages and fitness levels. Their coaches really put in the extra effort to not only make sure everyone is safely and effectively working out, but also that it is a fun, welcoming environment. I tell everyone that is thinking about trying a gym, not happy with their current gym membership or spending money on personal training and not really seeing results, come try a class or two, you'll love it!

Each class only allows for 7 ppl so be sure to reserve in advance. We got in and got fitted into our harnesses. Once everyone was situated, the instructor (also in a harness) walked us through each of the workouts and gave us time to figure out the right movements and how to really trust the bungee. The class was fun, with great music pumping, and the workout was surprisingly good. I left sore and pumped! I definitely recommend checking it out if you're looking for something different.

A month ago I found Boost Bungee on instagram and signed up for my first class. Not only was it fun, but it was something I immediately felt a connection to. My body adapts to the heaters in the studio just fine and the heat makes me detox and sweat out all the bad toxins. I like to bring my water bottle to class but limit the amount of drinking while in your studio. Personally, I like to hydrate before and after class. I like how each instructor has a different style of heat to spice up any of the classes offered. And there are many classes offered which help the people who do not have a 9-5 job. One thing I wish was better was the spacing! It's a very teeny weeny studio and some classes I can't properly stretch enough because I feel I might bump into the person next to me!
