Located next to Havertys furniture, Evolution Yoga offers much more than yoga classes. Unfortunately I never tried anything other than yoga. In the yoga rooms there are no mirrors (I like mirrors which help with my alignment). The yoga classes I took seem to be more fitness-based and not so much spiritual (I prefer the more spiritual). The space is huge and spotless. The bathroom is amazing and huge as well. I never got a chance to take a shower there, but they're massive and gorgeous with all kinds of stuff to use. The front desk is hit or miss - for my first class I was given no instructions or told where to go, etc. For the next class the girl was super helpful. It's not exactly my cup of tea or vibe, but I was impressed with the space itself. There is also a little breakfast / smoothie spot that's pretty pricey and honestly, just not that great IMO.

My new favorite studio! It's clean, and the staff is nice and the equipment is pretty new. I love that there are a variety of different classes at different times each day so everyone can find something that suits them at the most convenient time. I first discovered Evolution Yoga through a Groupon deal but I decided to stay cause their Unlimited Class packages are affordable at $89 a month auto renewal. They also have 5 or 10 class packages that average out to $17+ a class. Still affordable compared to other gyms that I was paying $109 for only 8 classes. The class sizes are around 5-7 people for my Barre classes and around 15 in the Hot Pilates classes I've taken. The instructors are friendly and informative. I love the flow of the classes. It's a hard workout yet still fun. The music playlists they use are fantastic. I usually take Kelsey, Maria and Amber's classes. I highly recommend them. So much energy and they really push you to achieve more. The shower and bathrooms are well kept and clean. They have a huge open cubby section along the wall. There's 4 big rooms with different classes.

    Beautiful barre space

Im short: The most efficient HIIT workout In the game right now!…read more I love working out and im always looking for new challenges that push me harder. I also have undiagnosed ADD, so I've tried every workout concept imaginable (F45, CrossFit, orange theory, PIT fitness, immersion fitness, boot camps and the list goes on). BodyTek is the only one who keeps me gaining and guessing what's next! Class design: 45 mins to an hour with the particular class being either a total body workout or weights Wednesday (upper body or lower body). The total body workout will be a mix of upper and lower body stations with cardio and HIIT peppered in the stations. You have a certain time period to complete each workout in the station before moving to the next. I love this part of the concept because it makes me feel productive in moving towards the last station. The workouts are designed to burn fat, gain endurance, build strength and gain music. The amount of workouts they cram into an hour is unreal but the results are very real! I am a music aficionado and if boutique gym does not have good music they will never see my face again. This is nowhere near the case with bodytek. The music is dope every class and it motivates me to work harder. They even have speciality classes sometimes like Noche Latina ( all Latin music blazing while burning out your legs) and a post Christmas workout to burn my 5,000 calories consumed the day prior. The facility itself is like a family. The trainers are all amazing and are always making sure everyone has proper form so no Injuries occur. My favorite trainers are Vida, Francisco, and Santiago. All of them being such high energy to the class and make your butt kicking enjoyable! If you are looking to develop a new healthy habit in the new year give Bodytek a try. I promise no other concept will compete with your results from this facility!

I decided to re-join under a special they were running, and as soon as I walked in, I could see the difference in ownership. The whole gym was a buzz with activity. There were several people, checking their kids out of child watch, people gathered around the reception desk and several people on the floor ready for the next class. You could just feel the energy in the place. I have thus far taken classes with Jody and Courtney, and they are both amazing trainers. They encourage everyone without being aggressive or mean as some trainers I've had in the past have done. They are super positive and full of Motivation and support The rest of the staff is super friendly and helpful as well. The workouts themselves challenge you for sure, but there are so many variations that you don't realize how hard you're actually working! Yet there is no shaming if you can't complete an exercise, rather, you are shown a different variation so that you can achieve the best work out for you. Each day is a different focus and they also have challenges to participate in to really challenge you. I'm really glad that I went back and I look forward to enrolling full-time when my promotional period ends. If you're looking for a good work out, I don't think you'll be disappointed at Burn.

There's plenty space to social distance during the workouts. I recently joined and the people made me feel welcomed immediately. I was looking for a gym that motivates me with group exercises and accountability and I feel that this location achieves that. The place is pretty big. They have plenty equipment. The trainer I've had has been great, encouraging you along the way. I will try to keep at this to maintain my health and physique. Would def recommend checking them out. Oh they also provide free childcare with some classes!

I wanted a workout that was challenging enough to satisfy the fitness junkie in me but paced enough that I wouldn't burn out. I was jumping back into a structured workout regiment after 3 years away from a group fitness setting so it was important that everyone was welcoming. I could not have asked for a better group of trainers and gym goers as well. Everyone is really nice, friendly and encouraging. And I always get a good workout here. You can book classes through their app, which is really easy to download and use. Unlike other places (looking at you OrangeTheory), you get some grace with canceling if necessary. Of course, they don't encourage cancellations but they do offer some grace if it happens so you can keep the sessions you pay for. Also, you can text the trainers to let them know what's going on and they actually answer. Things to know: The music is great but it varies from trainer to trainer. Love hip hop? Take Stephanie's classes. Love Latin-inspired music? Damian is your dude. Prefer a rock/hip hop mix? Then Chris is your man. They are obsessive about cleanliness. This is one of the main reasons I feel comfortable coming here. They are really on the ball as far as cleanliness goes. That's a plus at this point. Each class is taught by a trainer who cares about you getting the best workout possible. Seriously. You don't have to worry about only one person being good while everyone else is mediocre. They all bring something unique and care immensely about their students. I could go on but really I have found a great way to workout and a new gym home! I encourage you to try a free class or free week to see what it's all about. You will not be disappointed.

I read the reviews for IntensityX3 and decided to check it out since I always love a good kickboxing class. Since it was my first time there I had to take a 25 minute new members class with Ivy. There was one other newbie boxer in attendance and she went thru some of the punches and kicks she would be calling out in the 50 minute class that followed. While I've boxed before it was super helpful since there were a lot of different punches and kicks in the actual class. The 50 minute class was packed and clearly with many regulars. Ivy taught this as well and the first half of the class was kickboxing. She took us thru many high energy routines - it was fun and we broke a sweat! The second half of the class was all butt/legs. It was a great combo of cardio and strength and I left bummed that i was headed back to Chicago later that day since I wanted to go again. I"ll definitely be back next time I head home to South Florida! The studio itself isn't easy to find! They are located in the back of the Office Depot plaza, although the other side of Office Depot. Turn left before the Public Storage Building and look for the black awning. I had trouble, but called them and they stayed on the phone with me giving me solid directions. The only thing I didn't love was doing this workout barefoot, which they claim is better for your feet. I prefer to workout in shoes, especially when kicking backs and working with heavy weights. Perhaps it's just something I need to get used to, but everything else was solid!
