Instructors are all friendly and helpful if you need extra attention. They ensure everyone knows what's going on before going onto the next move. Wednesday intro classes get pretty packed so I Saturday and Sunday intro classes are the way to go for anyone just starting out! Beth, Karen, Krystle, and Deanna have all been great instructors to me!

They have a ton of retail space filled with Pure Barre, Spiritual Gangster, Lululemon, Beyond Yoga, and more. There is even a cute changing room!
