Precision Pilates is thee place! Amy is amazing. She is truly dedicated to her clients. She shares a wealth of knowledge regarding health and fitness. I started in early spring. As someone with very little experience, I initially invested in 3 or 5 1:1 classes, and then moved to regular classes. The classes are small group which, for me, was a great feeling because I knew if I was doing anything incorrectly Amy would be able to easily recognize it, and correct my error. Pilates has improved the chronic lower back pain that I have from being a nurse for many years; my core is stronger as a result. I hold my tension in my shoulders and Pilates has helped relieve a great deal of that tension and stress. Amy is extremely knowledgeable and supportive.
