I brought mine, but I was pleasantly surprised that the socks sold in the studio were reasonably priced. Fran welcomed us at the front desk, and Kristy guided us through the equipment and proper form. The class itself was interesting but definitely short. Even though the movements were simple, I could tell they were effective and targeted. Classes are offered by level, and the studio has memberships: 8 classes a month for $229 or unlimited for $260. Personally, the pricing feels a bit hefty, but it was still a really nice experience. I appreciated how laid-back they were when explaining the memberships--no pressure to sign up, which was refreshing compared to other fitness studios I've tried.

The class is only 30 minutes so i felt it was a bit rushed and the instructor seemed to be frustrated with us not understand some of her instructions as none of us have tried Pilates prior. Perhaps a longer intro class to accommodate better instruction would have made for a better experience. I have tailbone injury and was assured it wouldn't be aggravated by the movements using the reformer. Overall it was an experience worth trying, but not something I would sign up monthly for.

So it's not a fully honest representation of actual customer experiences. I'd also be careful with the referral deals and "free session" offers. Those offers only apply if you agreed and paid to a certain amount of classes or committed to their annual membership. Also, their billing terms are NOT explained clearly upfront. If you look through the other negative reviews, I realized many people had similar experiences with this business..unclear agreements and unexpected charges showing up later. Based on my experience, I would not trust this business. I just hope this can help someone else. If you ever take a class here you will notice Sarai locks the door during sessions because another person who was a victim of her scamming continuously showed up to speak one on one with her however the owner never showed face to that individual. The funny thing is that they will respond to this rating saying "we have no record of you attending here" but clearly it's an anonymous review. Her professionalism is unmatched, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make every client feel valued. From a thoughtful welcome gift to holiday surprises and even a heartfelt gift when I bought my new home, her kindness and generosity are truly remarkable. Every instructor is fantastic, creating a welcoming, supportive environment while delivering classes that are both challenging and incredibly effective. They offer a mix of well trained instructors who each adapt to the individual needs. Classes are small 3-6 usually. And classes are varied for a whole body and mind workout. For example with just the mat membership you get access not only to mat classes but also barre, psm (use of the trx bands), restorative yoga and mobility a unique and complimentary stretch & activation experience.
