I just moved out to Long Island from Brooklyn a few weeks ago. I wanted to find a place to seamlessly transition my Bikram practice - and I'm so glad that I found Ash. I was immediately welcomed by the friendly and encouraging staff and felt so at home! I've taken 6 classes so far and I'm hooked. If you're a Bikram practitioner of any level, I recommend Ash - they have a variety of teachers, but they're all versed in the Bikram dialogue. Colleen, Heatherly, Marissa - whether you like the 60 minute express or if you brave the 90 minutes, they've got you covered and you'll leave sweaty and rejuvenated. The studio is well heated and there's plenty of space - I've felt amazing from the very first class! They have a ton of other heated and non-heated classes too which I'm excited to try (but I am a bit of a Bikram loyalist at the moment). Only critique would be that they don't provide towels or mats so you have to bring your own, and the shower situation isn't great - the bathroom is small so there's nowhere to comfortably get changed unless you're standing in the shower. I'm coming from Brooklyn where I'm used to towels and mats being provided and the showers being really great, but that's Brooklyn where no one has a car and everyone has to take the train after class, so it's different. I'm adjusting to the Long Island life, so this isn't turning into as much of a hassle as I thought it would be. Getting in my car sweaty isn't so bad so I've been showering at home after and it's fine! I love Ash Hot Yoga, the teachers, the other students, the atmosphere, the availability of classes, and the you-are-family, everyone-is-welcome-here vibes. I'm so glad I found them and can't wait for more. read more

Highly recommend this studio for any level of yoga practice. The teachers are truly experienced, and each of them have unique specializations and qualifications, that can tailor toward anyone's needs or wants. One of my favorite classes is the bikram with Nicole. Definitely a welcoming and judgement-fee environment. Check it out for sure if you're thinking about it read more

Really great studio. The teachers and staff are very friendly and welcoming even to newbies like me. Plenty of classes to choose from but make sure you book in advance, the rooms aren't that big and can pack out. So far I've done the hot Pilates totally insane workout and felt it 3 days after and the Bikram Express yoga. I'm glad I didn't try the full 90 min hot yoga class because I hardly lasted the 60 min of this one. Will definitely be doing this every week. ‍ read more

The atmosphere is really amazing!! The yoga itself was really great and the instructor made it easy to follow along!

I cannot express how grateful I am for ASH and all of the staff there. Welcomed me with open arms when I had no idea what to expect. The hot room is clean, cozy and peaceful. ASH has become my second home. The staff have given me all the motivation I needed to start my healthy lifestyle journey. Ash Hot Yoga is for the mind, body and soul. No where else I'd rather be. Thank you all so much. ASH is truly a blessing and I will continue to bring my family and friends. If you are on the fence, just take that leap of faith. The instructors got you, trust me! read more

Ash Hot Yoga Babylon - Yoga Near Me - West Babylon, New York

I used to be a regular at another hot studio that unfortunately went out of business because of COVID. I've been busy and involved in other things over the past year and a half (and admittedly hesitant to practice with everything going on in the world) but have followed Kelee and ASH on social media since attending her studio back when she first opened. I was nervous to go back after so long away, but decided to book a class this morning....and I am so happy I did. I did the Bikram 60 with Kelee, and although I am a little rusty, the yoga immediately came back to me. I also was very excited to run into some regulars from my old studio who added to the warm and welcoming vibe of ASH. I signed up for a package right away and am looking forward to returning again tomorrow. The studio is very clean, spots are very well spaced out and the open mouth breathing is now modified since Covid. If you are feeling nervous or hesitant, I encourage you to just sign up and go check it out. As Kelee mentioned in class today, the hardest part is just making the commitment to walk through the door. It doesn't matter what you can or cannot do...just show up. read more

I love this place, the energy is great and they are so nice. I have never had a bad encounter, their customer service is top tier. It's a bit far from me, but it is soooo worth it. read more

Great workout . Hard to keep up but amazing people . It's going to be hot and you're going to sweat. I honestly don't like how limit space you have to spread out but that's all read more

I've been practicing Bikram yoga for several years, but I'm accustomed to my home studio and I always feel a little nervous when practicing somewhere different; everywhere seems to have its own unique culture, and I never know quite what to expect. Well, I stopped by Ash around the holidays because it's close to my parents' house, and upon checking in at the front desk felt immediately welcome and comfortable. You can tell right away that it's a friendly place with a community feel and zero snobbery. I've done two Bikram classes here so far with two different instructors, and both were great. I especially loved Mindy, who gave me some pointers on head-to-knee-with-stretching that were a real "aha!" moment for me. As for facilities, the heat in the studio seems perfect and even, and the floor is one of those specialized hygienic but foamy/soft types. I was initially surprised by the lack of a true "locker room," but no big deal- there are large cubbies right outside the studio and the bathroom has two large shower stalls. Everything is spotlessly clean. I look forward to going back soon. read more

Would like to start off by saying I'm new to the yoga/Pilates world and OMG I'm in love. I genuinely look forward to every single class and I leave feeling better and better each time. I love the new Inferno Hot Pilates level 2 class with Holly. She's so fun, sweet and creates a positive space for everyone in the class. She knows how to motivate you without pushing you out of your comfort zone. I highly recommend taking any of the classes Ash Hot has to offer but if you like a faster, more upbeat environment, this class is for you! Rachel, Sadie and Kelee are also amazing teachers and offer great classes as well! If you try any of them, you'll be hooked! read more

I've been coming here about a year now.. I must say I LOVE this place. I started coming here 2/3x a week, now I come 4/5x a week. Im addicted to this place. The atmosphere is great. The girls there really make you feel welcomed. read more

My husband and I went to our first HOT Bikram yoga this morning. The staff are really friendly and patient with beginners! Even the other members are really nice. Our instructor was Anne Hayes, she was amazing and very motivating! Although we sweated like never before, it was a great class! The key to get through your first class is to follow the instructor with your breathing and to not push yourself beyond what you can do. I highly recommend trying Ash Hot Yoga! We look forward to going again! read more

I noticed my review dates back to 2017 about a month after I started at ash. I think it's so important to know I am still a regular at Ash and beyond thankful for the Karma team for their expertise and love for the practice. You always feel welcomed almost like family when you walk into Ash. The studio is welcoming, clean and full of opportunity. It's not Just bikram but I do love And love for my bikram practice. If you are looking to join a studio, you must come join us for a class. One class and you'll see this is the only place you need to be for your mind, body and soul. Namaste read more

The best place to help yourself feel better. It's not just hot Bikram yoga. There's vinyasa, hot Pilates and more. Lots of classes all day from 6 AM well into the evening, 2 studios. Staff is friendly and amazing. Facility is constantly cleaned. It's challenging but it's also great fun. You'll feel better and meet wonderful people. Become part of the Ash family. read more

The owner and staff of this place are just lovely people. I bought my wife a monthly pass as a healing gift, because she is a few months post op from a spinal fusion. And as per her surgeon Hot yoga is great for her recovery and strengthening. This place is fantastic and I couldn't be more grateful to have this available to us. read more

This yoga studio changed my life. At the time I was going thru a lot of obstacles and chsnged in my life, as we all are. However, I truly feel that hot yoga helped me balance everything out and give me strength for the present and optimism for the future. I learned so many skills and always impressed myself when the class was done. Sometimes my biggest accomplishment was just staying in the hot room for the full hour or more without leaving other times my accomplishments were learning a new position or being able to clear my mind and mediatate effectively. There were so many different teachers and yoga styles with late night and early morning classes making it impossible for me to find an excuse not to go and easy to constantly learn new skills and improve on my current ones. It's pricey than a gym membership but the health benefits for me were totally worth it. I actually do yoga in combination with the gym in order to look and feel my best. Recommend for anyone looking to improve their mind, body and soul of age, shape or size. read more

I recently got back into Bikram Yoga after a 3 year hiatus and I am so grateful to have found Ash Hot Yoga. The instructors are dedicated to helping the students develop proper technique, while still encouraging us to make the practice our own. What I love most is that the classes are filled enough to know that others appreciate the studio as much as I do, but not so crowded that you become a little too intimate with the person next to you! Fun incentives/games that motivate you to continue practicing are an added bonus! read more

Have been on and off with my Bikram yoga practice for almost six years now. For more than a year now (almost since it opened) I have been attending ASH hot yoga in Babylon, and I LOVE it here! The studio is off of Sunrise Highway and easy to get to, it is a good size studio and offers many options to choose from. Most importantly, there is a community here, great people to interact with if you want to, or a quiet hot room to meditate in if you don't. I enjoy the Bikram classes and have tried Torched and Vinyasa both were great but I lean towards the Bikram series primarily. Kelee is the owner and an excellent teacher, one of many I have experienced here! Highly recommend! read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE Ash Hot Yoga! Took a Bikram class there last night and it was AMAZING! Kelly the instructor could not have been anymore delightful, instructive, & calming. The energy at this studio is everything a yoga studio should be. Even the dressing area & showers were fabulous! She gave corrections & encouraged you to push yourself further without seeming to pressure you. Whenever I'm visiting this area I will be at Ash Hot Yoga! My cousin & her daughter joined me and they felt the same as I did. We left class wanting more (it's a 90 minute class). After at dinner with were on a hot yoga high!! If you live anywhere in the vicinity of Ash Hot Yoga look no further. Trust me-I had a terrible experience at another studio a few days prior. Thank you Kelly for such an amazing class!!! read more

Ash Hot Yoga is an absolutely wonderful studio. The instructors are so supportive and friendly and make it a point to get to know you. Even the people that attend the classes are all so welcoming to newcomers. The studio is beautiful and clean, I would definitely recommend Ash. read more

Debbie is by far the worst instructor I've had in my 15 years of practicing. This studio reflects poorly because of the instructors they choose to hire. For anybody who is new. Instructors are not supposed to practice while guiding you through class. Not only because they wouldn't be able to correct your form but they can't properly guide you if they are distracted doing the work themselves. Very disappointed. read more

Took a hot Pilates class and a 1.5 hr hot yoga class. Pilates was fun, disco lights, fun music, kicked my butt! Yoga class pushed me to go further, but Kelly, the instructor didn't force me like other studios I've been to. Great experience. Can't wait to go back! Thanks Kelly! read more

I have been a member of Ash Hot Yoga since it's inception in 2017. Thrilled to try something new, I took a Bikram hot yoga class and never looked back. I can't count the ways my life has improved since stepping foot in their door. The combination between the studio itself, the owner, Kelee Zaccardi, and the members (AshFam), is magical. Therefore, when Ash MindSet Coaching became available it was a no brainer that I would be one of Kelee's first clients. Session one was at the end of July and was an informal chat about general goals. The following week the real work began. Trusting Kelee 100%, I dove into each session thereafter with an open mind and open heart. Setting goals and removing the obstacles that have held me back for so long was exciting, invigorating, and a reality. Today I am quickly closing in on achieving 3 of my goals, months ahead of schedule! With the tools Ash MindSet Coaching has taught me I will regularly re-evaluate my life and set new and bigger goals! I truly feel like the sky's the limit! I can't thank Kelee enough for teaching me the skills to have the life I desire. It truly was worth every penny!! read more

I love this yoga studio. I've been going since it opened June 2017. I started yoga about a year ago at another studio and I was so happy to learn this one was opening near my home. What I love about this studio is how comfortable I feel there. The owner, Kelee, is so warm & welcoming. The variety of classes it offers is another thing I love about this studio. I started with hot Bikram yoga. And I have taken inferno hot Pilates, and vinyasa as well. I always feel great after each class. The instructors are all friendly and always available after class to answer any question you may have. read more

Joined ASH this past summer and fell in love with the IHP classes. I have back pain from a herniated disk and this class gave me the ability to get a great workout in without putting extra strain on my back. Unfortunately had to cancel my membership because my full-time job in NYC began. Wish they offered 5am or 8pm IHP classes so commuters can make it too! Would love to sign back up if those were an option. read more

Ash hot yoga is a place I go to relax to practice to make new friends. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable. The place is super clean and the prices are reasonable. But if yoga is what you love to do then you cant put a price on it! The owner goes above and beyond for her practice and her business. She makes everyone feel like they have a home at Ash Hot Yoga and It's always a great experience when you walk through those doors. The teachers are incredible. It doesn't matter if your a beginner or a master yogi, everyone can keep up with the class! I highly recommend going to Ash Hot Yoga. read more

They have a great class schedule and times. The instructors are friendly. I have taken hot yoga for years at another studio where they were willing to help you advance and made sure your were doing postures correctly to avoid hurting yourself. I've had a few instructors at Ash now, and they announce the pose and count, expecting you to do it. They don't correct you until after the fact from the front of the room which isn't beneficial after you just spent a minute doing it wrong. If you aren't looking to advance your practice and are happy with status quo and not pushing yourself then this would be a good place for you. I look forward to guidance and support during Yoga to constantly improve and get better, it's not the right fit for me. read more
