There's a wide range of classes at all times of the day, and my new personal favorite, the on-demand reformer pilates has been the BEST thing. The gym is never overly crowded and all of the gym goers are clean and respectful of the shared spaces. I also love that you have access to a sauna and high-end massage chairs, and those are the perfect ways to end my workouts. Honestly, sometimes I only workout just to use those when I'm done (not that it's a requirement, but my own personal motivation). The gym also does really fun challenges that I love taking part in. That was extremely disrespectful and completely unprofessional. What makes this even worse is that they continue charging my account despite me clearly communicating that I am not attending or using their services. I should not have to keep fighting to stop charges for a service I am not using. I also feel that I have been taken advantage of and treated differently because I am Spanish/Hispanic. Based on the way I have been treated and how my concerns have been handled, I feel there has been discriminatory treatment toward me. No customer should be made to feel that their background or ethnicity affects how seriously they are treated. I understand that businesses have policies, but laughing at a customer asking for help, continuing to charge their account, and refusing to address legitimate concerns is unacceptable. Customer service should be respectful and fair to everyone, regardless of their background. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. Think twice before joining, and if you do, document everything--your payments, cancellation requests, and every conversation you have with staff.

(Unfortunately I am not a member anymore bc I moved) but everyone should give TBBC a try! Here is why: Total Body Boot Camp was the absolute best fitness experience of my life. I joined TBBC in March of 2018, I really wanted some help back into fitness as I stopped working out for 6 months. Being rusty I was a bit nervous for my first class with Kathy and was immediately welcomed with a warm smile and introduced to all the members. As for the classes, each class is different and a ton of fun! Don't get me wrong you're still working hard but they make it fun for us! Another thing that really stuck out to me was their ability to assist students with moderations and correct movements that we were doing incorrect with ease and reasoning! Also each instructor has a different style, which works wonders on the body. Coaches (they may have changed since I moved) : Kathy, Bill H, Bill and KC ! All incredible! Bill H who is also the owner is hands on and even wrote a book! I shared a picture of my 1 month progress with TBBC. I BARELY changed my diet.
