Instructor Karen was the woman who set us all up and Instructor Saylor is my sons instructor in class. I can see how much they care about the students. I've even heard Instructor Karen speak to a student in such a caring and concerned way, trying to encourage him that he has to take responsibility for his choices to improve-and mostly to believe in himself that he can do it. It was so good to hear her stay so focused on trying to get that message to the student. Instructor Saylor has been amazing and she gently guides some of her young more distracted students back into the lesson (like my son lol). They just seem so caring and true to the students. The my don't allow disrespect and it resonates with the students there to act accordingly. So far I am absolutely happy with my choice to take my son here. Just fantastic.

Been coming here about 3 years now. It is a blink but not tied to most Blinks in the area. The…read moresister location is in Farmingdale. Decent size gym with a ton of equipment. It's cleaned constantly and they're always updating with new machines. Plenty of free weights with dumbbells hitting 120 if needed. Staff is super friendly as well is the normal crowd. Plenty of parking and it's priced right. Downside...from about 5-7 most weeknights it gets pretty busy.
