Kickbox USA is how I need to start my day. It is honestly the best workout that I have found. I don't usually love cardio, but these classes make it fun and it is also a strength and agility workout. I usually go to the 6;00am class and feel energized for the rest of the day, but the best part is the people, coaches and members alike. Everyone supports each other. We work hard during class, and we have fun doing it, as well as fun doing things outside the gym. They run a subpar kickboxing studio with a foot of marble floor surrounding half their training mat. I stepped back fast after throwing a kick and fractured a bone on the side of my foot on the marble floor. (I'll need surgery and I'm not able to go on vacation) . I was basically told it's my fault for training too close to the edge of the mat. When I told her she should put a mat over the marble to prevent further injuries her response was "I don't have any." They could of went to Home Depot in the many years they have been open to get mats and cut them to fit over the marble floors. A Cheap preventative and effective solution. They either don't care about the safety of their members or are just oblivious that a reputable safe studio needs wall to wall mats. Either way stay away and consider another studio. read more

AMAZING GYM! AMAZING WORKOUTS! AMAZING TRAINERS! The trainers are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts and will give you modifications if you need them. Equipment and gym is always sanitized, kept clean and in great condition. Love that they have kickboxing, AND have circuit machines! The vibe in this gym is great like one big family and ALWAYS have a ton of fun! When you have a gym like this it makes working out something to look forward to everyday!!!! read more

This kickboxing studio is so awesome. All the trainers keep it fun and motivated they push you to your full potential everyone is so friendly and you feel like family when you are there. this is one of the friendliest and welcoming gyms around. I was very nervous when I first started bc I have never done kickboxing but the coaches and the members are all so helpful.
