He has variety of classes available. From toddlers, teens and adults. He also has classes for Women's Self Defense and Cardio Kickboxing. The best part of this center is that unlike other places we didn't need to sign a contract. My husband is very particular in some things, but he definitely enjoys attending Brian's classes.

Instructors are all friendly and helpful if you need extra attention. They ensure everyone knows what's going on before going onto the next move.
