I've been coming there with Gymnastics and Sports for the past 12 years she is wonderful to all the kids as well as the adults so I'm not quite sure what this gentleman is talking about. Next let me just say there's between 50 and 60 parking spots on their premises. Yes there is 2 handicap spots in the back that walks right into a building. Again what this gentleman is talking about I have no clue. Next he claims that nobody crosses their hearts for the Pledge of Allegiance. We don't do the Pledge of Allegiance we do the national anthem not the pledge and is not necessary to cross their hearts for the anthem. Now he claims the equipment is old that's shocking to hear some one say this because all the equipment in the gym is quite new and up to date. The facility with has ample seating in the gym as it's set up for the meet . also a very large lobby that you can stay outside and sit. I am not sure where this Rob M was but obviously was not at the gym that I was at..

I recommend you do bring your own water, there is no water fountain. But, incase, they do have a water vending machine for $1.50. As complete beginners, we really appreciated how comfortable and welcoming she made the class feel. We started with proper stretches and warm-ups, learned different moves throughout the class, and got helpful tips based on what we were struggling with. She was patient, encouraging, and made it easy to ask questions and try new things without feeling intimidated. We're both rock climbers, so it was also really cool to try something that challenged our grip strength in a completely different way.
