Would definitely come back but can't honestly see myself spending more than what you'd get with a typical (dare I say real?) gym membership since it's not an open-access style gym. At least for the classes I went to, it seems people come here for motivational speaking, emotional support, advice on how to start exercising at all (or after a long long break) and socializing. Don't get me wrong -- it's definitely as intense as you want it to be, and chances are strong you'll be in military shape if you stick to it, but it's not about weight-lifting or cardio equipment. If you're not sure whether you want to drop the cash, don't worry because they always have deals circulating somewhere (check their website or call if you're seriously interested).

The employees are similar to a family. Everyone knows each other and works out with each other. Coaches are great and push you towards a plan for making you independent. They strive for you to workout in the classes and on your own and eventually use the PT sessions less. Many events take place making the most of the holidays and local events such as races and mud runs. Everyone is extremely friendly. People who come here pay a premium for the service and experience, that is rewarded ten-fold. Personal training experience has been awesome. The trainer is always focused and high energy. They forgot everything else and only concern themselves with getting the most of a workout from you. Free sweat towels and $1 bottled water which is fair. There is a water fountain as well. No shower facilities which is fine for me as I live within walking distance.

The coaching team took a structured, personalized approach, assessing my movement patterns and building a custom program tailored to my goals. They corrected long-standing habits in my lifting technique and body positioning, providing clear, practical feedback that made an immediate difference. They also emphasized key fundamentals like progressive overload, proper recovery, and the importance of rest--giving me a better understanding of how to train effectively. After working with them, I've streamlined my workouts and now get better results in about 45 minutes. My mobility and strength have both improved, and I feel more confident and in control of my training. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a more focused, results-driven approach to fitness.
