They have a wide variety of equipment but strangely no squat rack. 4 smith machines and not a single squat rack in sight. The planet fitness on motor parkway has squat racks so I'm not sure why this one doesn't. The free weight area is very congested. And only a few pieces of equipment are plate loaded. While dumbbells go up to 75 lbs the curling bars only go up to 60 lbs. There is a TON of cardio equipment here so if that's your thing you're in luck! This place could be great with a couple of small changes. So much potential but not quite there just yet.

The British Swim School also operates here, offering swim lessons for children, youth, and adults. A gender-neutral restroom is available as well. The gym's app rewards members with points for joining, checking in, and reaching fitness goals, which can be redeemed for hotels, events, and merchandise. Overall, the gym is well-managed with attentive staff and a solid maintenance team. My rating is average only because the locker rooms could be cleaner and several fitness machines need repairs.

When I brought it to management's attention, I was told this member had multiple complaints logged against her. Even though the member did not deny she put her hands on me, I was told repeatedly by management that the gym does not "take sides". How is that acceptable? I have to say this is one of the most troubling customer service experiences I have ever had. It is sad that I had to cancel a membership I very much enjoyed because the gym does not seem to care if a member feels safe and comfortable. There are certain members of this gym who are abrasive and think the rules don't apply to them - they're disrespectful to the instructors and do things like save equipment for their friends when that's against the rules. I always ignore their behavior but when it becomes problematic on this level where another member feels uncomfortable, it should be addressed with more than just a "talking to". On the positive side, Rosemary is a phenomenal instructor and community-maker. I loved taking her classes. Karen was my personal trainer and I would highly recommend her for anyone considering training. I also loved Mike Thompson's spin class. I will miss those three instructors as they're great assets to the gym. I will not miss the turning of a blind eye to bad member behavior just because it's inconvenient.

Only the managers can fix this. The first time I asked, the manager fixed it, but then the next time I came in the volume was way up again. Ill admit that I puked on Day 1, but Casey rubbed my back and told me I would be ok...so I came back and let the process work itself out, within 45 days I was down 3 pants sizes, my body was changing and my grandma stopped asking when I was due. After 90 days, I was down 25lbs and picked up 15lbs of muscle, the chicks couldnt get enough of my sculpted arms and rock hard buns. Now 7 months later, I went from a 44 suit to a 40, from a 38inch waist to 33, and I can bend over without splitting my pants...and the chicks are all over me again!

As for the coaches here freaken amazing best coaches out of all the orange theory's. Head coach Giro is one of a kind and is always happy, Motivating and cheerful. Giro is a very gifted leader. Coach Gianna is so inspiring and just a knows how to get you pumped up. Love her! There is Emily who will always go out of her way to ask you how you're feeling and Jess who is a bubbly breath of fresh air. Jackie who I just love as well. I ordered a custom-made Pro-Fit PB&J: low-fat milk, banana, blueberries, half chocolate and half vanilla, with whey protein -- and it was so good! I devoured the shake several days ago, and I've been working out every day ever since. Being thought of on my birthday made me feel special and inspired me to recommit to my fitness goals.
