I've been using Pure Aroma for two years and I can honestly say I could not be happier. My house gets cleaned every other week and the service has always been excellent. The few times I've had complaints over the years they were addressed with a kind ear and immediately set right. If you're unhappy with any part of the service they will come out to redo any problem area. In my experience it was done the very next day. In all my months of using the service I have only had this happen once. They have the option to add on additional services to your normal cleaning. I cannot express how useful this has been to me. Having my oven or refrigerator cleaned after a big event is a breeze and I know it will be done right. The pricing of their services are a great deal, especially considering the level of attention that is given to my home every time. Plus there is nothing quite like coming home to a clean space that smells nice and is perfectly put in order. I trust the staff at Pure Aroma to take care of my home as well as if it was their own. Edited to add: I have two cats that like to shed and allergies that I deal with on top of all that. The staff at Pure Aroma always take great care to clear up all the messy pet hair and vacuum down areas where my pets like to hang out. It really helps keep my allergies in line. Do NOT use this company. One of their employees, Jennifer, came out once to clean a home I was renting. She seemed nice but actually didn't really clean. She was supposed to deep clean the house but we had just moved in. The house was not cleaned prior to moving in. Not their fault. I had a conversation with the property service management and both of us thought clean what you can and once we get settled in, someone would come back out and clean. Jennifer was pleasant the first visit. she didn't clean the windows, window sills, blinds or the floor trims. At no time did I request her to clean our furniture. She cleaned what she did, which wasn't much, she made our bed and put bottled soda and water into nightstands, for some reason. Fast forward, after recovering from spine surgery, we got through our boxes and everything was put away. I contacted property management to get some things repaired in the walls from a water leak. Management said let's wait to get the water damaged walls fixed and then he would have them come back out and finally do the deep clean. This is where all the issues started. Jennifer shows up, has massive attitude and was combative the moment she came into the residence. She told me what she was going to clean I said there were more thing's that property management and I spoke about. I asked if she could clean under the oven and said she could't cause of insurance reasons, which I had no problem with. Jennifer started saying she had already cleaned the blinds, which she did not, Walked over to the said blinds and rubbed her hands on it, while saying she had cleaned it already. She said I couldn't clean the blinds cause of boxes in front of windows. So she lied and then corrected herself. She then tells me a "story" of how she was at the property management office and was "listening in my and another person's conversation. After I asked said individual if she did this and he was confused and said he doesn't know what she is talking about. Then tried to tell me how I was wrong for having the house cleaned twice. That's not her call. She is the manual labor, she's the cleaning lady, not the property management who contracted with her boss, her father/in-law to clean. The first time she came out, I was astonished about how badly she was talking about the property management service. Like she was in charge of everybody, at her job and at the property management who hired her employer to clean. The most disturbing thing, she was talking down about the property manager owner's son. I was a cop for 10 years. It takes a lot to make me scratch my head. She was putting him down saying he is young and dumb and that he is worthless. This was the first time I ever met her. She also told me and my fiancé' that the house had extensive flooding before we moved in. I raised my concern to the property management about this, he did his research. Found out I was told another lie. There was no flooding. Jennifer literally has told me lies after lies. She has bad mouthed the company, company owner's Son that hired her to clean. I never leave reviews, but with this employee and how badly she treated me and talks about the business that contracts with them, people need to know. She acts like she is in charge, but she is the one coming to clean a home. She is told what to clean and walked into my home the second and last time combative telling me lies after lies. Well I feel like a party pooper being the first three star reviewer but I'm just gonna go for it! Pros: when I called the man who answered was very patient, informative and friendly. I had all my questions answered and I was really looking forward to the cleaning. -The cleaning products that were used didn't leave my house smelling like a toxic waste disposal zone so that is great! -The floors are really clean and the bathroom fixtures look great. -The ladies who came were really friendly! Cons: the ladies were about an hour late, I live pretty far south so honestly it's understandable. I left to go to work after their arrival and when I got home I was pretty underwhelmed. There were a few missed spots and most of the things that were moved to be dusted under were not moved back. Two things were broken and if the ceiling fans were cleaned it was not done well. I wasn't disappointed, and its hard to to be incredibly grateful toward anyone who will come in and clean someone else's space. On those accounts this is a great service. But my house wasn't very dirty to begin with so I was expecting a lot more cleanliness as the outcome. read more

I have used Pure Aroma for several months now, I wanted to give it some time to make sure I was satisfied with their services before writing a review. I am happy to report we are more than satisfied! Jeff, the owner is great and his staff are polite and professional. We get bi-weekly full house cleaning services and it is so great to come home to a beautiful clean home. Jeff runs background checks on his employees and they are bonded and insured. He is the only owner I met who showed me proof of having covered these items. In addition, this awesome company offers one free clean to women with breast cancer. How amazing is that? I'm thrilled with the work Pure Aroma has done on my home. While the house is always clean, the service is inconsistent. They do not always come at the time they say they will and no warning is given. I never saw the same cleaners twice and also each team did different things - sometimes they would change the sheets, others times they wouldn't. Sometimes they would clean the glass on the backdoor, other times they would completely skip over that. They also seemed to take a *very* long time to get the job done. On average it would take 90 min - 2 hours to clean my ~2000 sq foot house. At my last residence, I had a single individual clean a similar space in the same amount of time. Pros: The ladies are very nice and the house is always clean in the end. Just, for me, the service was far too inconsistent. read more

I was so excited when I found Pure Aroma Cleaning Company and even more ecstatic after their first time in my house. They went over and beyond on cleaning. This company really is as good as it gets. The amazing personal attention and the detail-oriented service was amazing and my house is gleeming. This service was SO worth the money (and quite a bit more). I was so happy with the customer service and the cleaning. With two small children, two shedding dogs and a long haired cat, I didn't know if they could really do it but.... they did! They have made a convert of me. I needed a move-out service on the last minute and they were able to get there on time, the house was spotless clean at the end of their very quick and professional service and was smelling so good I felt like moving back :) The two ladies that came to work were very professional, quick and kept me aware of everything that was found on the house (since it was a move out). Agree with previous posters. These folks are great. We decided to give them a try b/c I was not super happy with the cleaning service we have been using over the past year. Pure Aroma is not only less expensive, they did a better job. They also asked if there were any specific things we wanted addressed which was really nice. I have 3 kids, two of which are active boys and they like to leave their fingerprints all over the windows. Just having the team spend an extra few mins to tidy up the windows makes life a lot easier for me ; ) read more

I have used Pure Aroma cleaning for several years. I stay with them because of Rosy and Martha. They are my dedicated crew that cleans my house. I trust them completely. I worked at home for three years and they always were able to work around my schedule. Now I am back working in the hospital and my house is perfectly clean. I love this company. They are very professional, always on time, and are very thorough. I also love that they do a few extras, like folding blankets, gathering dog toys, fold the towels on the rack, and fold the toilet paper on the roll. Very nice to come home to!!! However, I do feel they charge a bit much, considering I can find other companies that charge $20-30 less, or an independent for $50 less. But I will continue to use them as long as they continue to provide excellent service. read more

I have had Pure Aroma Cleaning clean my home 3 times.First time they did a great job & the 2 women were great.Next I asked for a service for $20+tax to clean the outside kitchen.She did not clean it so I told Jeff.In bold print on their home page it says that if you are unhappy with your service, they will make it right within 24 hours.This is not correct.He asked if they can clean it next time.I wanted to use them biweekly so I said fine.Jeff then charged my credit card $160.I called & asked him if that included the outside kitchen that they did not do & he said yes.I asked him if the normal price for my 2 week service would be $160 - $20 plus tax and he said yes.That sounds as if the normal price without extras will be $139. 2 weeks later we returned the night before the cleaners were coming from a late flight.I simply forgot.When the two original cleaners showed up I was half asleep,after 4 hours of sleep, & she was so kind & said if this is a bad time they could reschedule.I said if that is okay, then let's do it.Later that morning, the owner called said it was not okay & I apologized and said she brought it up to me.He said now they have nothing to do & I said send them back since they live 2 miles away.But he declined.Yesterday, the 2 women came back, cleaned the outside kitchen, but did not clean the inside kitchen completely & missed the whole big dining room!They said they thought it was a pantry because the french doors were closed but they had cleaned in there before.I am having a party Labor Day weekend & I need it cleaned. Once again their 24 hr guarantee didn't apply.They said they would credit me $40, but I told her I would rather have them come back & clean it.She said they were busy & couldn't come out until 9/82016, after the party.I said ok then thought about it, text the owner & said cancel my future appointments.I have never been mean to anyone & she just said "OK", like my business meant nothing to them.Next I was chged $110, not $99.What a slap in the face!Im disappointed. It's like they only do what is best for them, for example, they can only work in the mornings, which is inconvenient, but I liked the two ladies so I gave it a try. They don't honor their guarantee, because it didn't fit their schedule, etc. I taught customer service for many years and if it isn't working out for them at least thank the person for their business instead of just "OK". read more

I have been using Pure Aroma for several months. Initially I gave them a 5 star rating. Initially they did a great job. When they came last, their 2 person crew was in my house for an hour and 15 minutes. That includes bringing supplies in and then taking them back to their vehicles. When I came into my house, the first thing I noticed was the sticky floors. And fortunately for me, this crew left the check off list. Although everything was checked as if having been done, a quick check revealed a bit of exaggeration in the "checking" off. I sent Jeff, the owner, a text about my problems. It's a week later and he never responded to my text. I just called and spoke with him, only to cancel my service. I don't care about a business owner's internal issues, and they shouldn't affect the quality control of the service offered. read more

I used Pure Aroma to do a deep clean on my house yesterday because of the great reviews, the natural products and that they are bonded and insured which means all employees have to undergo a background check. This was my first time to have a professional cleaning service clean my home and I'm really happy with the results! There were a few things that they missed during the cleaning (like not wiping down the kitchen cabinets). I emailed Jeff about it that night when I noticed it, and he got back to me the very next morning. They have a 24hr guarantee. Sonia and her team came right over to happily take care of the very few issues I had. They had a great attitude and paid attention to detail. I agree with the other reviewers that Jeff, the owner, is personable and professional. Overall everyone did a great job. I was recently referred to Pure Aroma Cleaning by a friend and couldn't be happier! They were very professional, on time and very thorough & detail oriented. I used Pure Aroma for my 700 sq. ft. apartment and even though my place isn't very big, they do an amazing job. I also appreciate that they used "green" products which are also pet friendly. I chose the aromatherapy cleaning and it left my house smelling great! My kitchen, bathroom and living areas were immaculate and I couldn't be happier!
