[Price] * Purified Water = $0.35 per gallon * Alkaline Water = $1.25 per gallon [Pros] * Very friendly staff and the staff assists customers with carrying water jugs back to their cars * One of the more affordable alkaline water options I've seen [Cons] * The few designated parking spots are sometimes completely occupied and the parking lot is small, so customers may need to wait for a spot to open up Overall I am a big fan of this water shop - friendly service and affordable pricing on alkaline water.

This was my first time coming here since my husband usually handles our water refills, but he wasn't available this weekend. I had to ask another customer how to properly rinse my gallon bottles because no assistance was offered. I also asked the male employee if he could help me bring the filled water gallons to my car, and he told me he could "if he wasn't busy." After I filled my bottles, I was the only customer in the store, but instead of offering to help, he went into the back and stayed there. I ended up having to carry all of the heavy water gallons to my car myself. I understand that this is a self-service business, but a little basic customer service--especially when a customer directly asks for help--would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, this was not a welcoming first experience.

Lucky for us, Waterfount is just down the street from us! They are open till 7 PM so we can always swing by after work on a weekday when we are running low on water, which is perfect. I am one of those people who have the special skill of tasting particular water, and believe me, the water here is fresh and great-tasting! They have different types of water but we just get the filtered one with reverse osmosis and it always tastes great. They are a family-owned business and provide the best service around. The location is easy to find and there is plenty of parking in the plaza. I usually go into the store to refill my water, but they also have self-serve fountains outside open all hours 24/7. We bring our own gallon bottles, and they always power wash it for you there before they fill up it up for you. They have carts here to wheel the gallons to the car in case you need it, but I always have my trusty fiancé with me most of the time, so he carries it, and I just support where I am needed, haha! The owner, Eddie, is genuinely friendly and always has a big smile. Thank you Eddie and your team for being in the city of Duarte and offering your fresh water to the neighborhood. I will see you all soon!

The store is very clean, staff friendly and helpful, and the water has been excellent quality. I refill two 5-gallon jugs weekly with regular purified water. Prices here are minimally higher than others in the area (only by $0.50) but the water quality here has been great so I don't mind. The water from the first water shop I went to often had a moldy smell and taste to it and they weren't as clean. So I found a better shop in Altadena that I frequented for years and never had that issue so I was hopeful to find another excellent and clean water source - so far I haven't had any of those issues here at Waterfount. The water always smells and tastes great! They're located in the plaza with Grocery Outlet so there's plenty of parking. They have a couple of large carts for you to wheel the jugs to your car too which is helpful. They offer different types of water filtration and also have 3 large self serve fountains outside open 24/7.
