The staff was friendly and polite. I ordered the ham and cheese cachito, and oh my goodness... it instantly took me back to the ones I used to eat as a kid in school in Venezuela. The size was perfect, the flavor was spot on, and even though it was a little greasy, it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is nothing fancy, just a normal bakery vibe, but I didn't care. The cachito was that good. I didn't try anything else, so I can't speak for the rest of the menu, but for the cachitos alone, I'd happily drive from Miami Lakes all the way to Kendall again. Solid 9.8/10. If you're looking for an authentic Venezuelan cachito experience, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Music was a vibe as I remember walking in hearing Bob Marley "Three Little Birds" and then Stevie Wonder "Ribbon in the Sky." Yup! Already hooked lol the guy at the register (I wanna say he's the owner) was so kind. Gave great suggestions. I specifically got the chocolate chip muffin because he said he has one everyday lol I haven't tried it but I don't doubt it's good! My husband got a strawberry shortcake donut which was delish! In which they let me know it's from another business but I forgot the name, however, really good donut. For our drinks, I got an iced pumpkin latte and my husband got a honey maple latte. Both were perfect. Generous amount and perfect sweetness! So there's a really cute library in the back that catches my attention. I immediately go there as we wait for our order and picked out a book that I immediately start to read. As I'm reading, the owner (wife of the guy I believe I met at the counter) says I can keep the book! Excuse me what?! I was so happy lol what a gem of a coffee shop. I'll be back to enjoy their other menu items as they also have warm breakfast items etc. Lastly, they also own Local Pie which is right next to it and it's also delish! Didn't even know it until I asked because the guy at the counter (so sorry I don't know his name) had a shirt on that said Local Pie. Anyway, go to both! You won't regret it.

This is place is decent in the drinks that they make but the prices are UNCLEAR and MISLEADING. I ordered a 24oz Ube Matcha Latte which presents on the menu as being $8.50. My total came out to $12 something and when i asked why she stated because the boba was $1 extra. I said okay I'll have it without the boba, no problem. When i looked down at my screen again, JUST the drink was $9.75, $1.25 more than what it is supposed to be. I am still confused as to how they went from $8.50 to $9.75 for JUSTT the drink, there is also a 5% mandatory service charge that does NOT go to the workers and then obviously tax.

The employee working there was a friendly and welcoming gentleman (not the woman mentioned in some older reviews). He was very patient, offered great service, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The shop was also clean and well maintained. We ordered two extra-large cups for $11.50 each, which I thought was a fair price for the quality and portion size. The tip wasn't included, and I was happy to leave one because he truly deserved it. Maybe the shop is under new management, but whatever has changed, it's working. I tried Sicilian Pistachio, Vanilla Bean, and Tiramisu, while my wife chose Mango, Italian Espresso, and Caribbean Coconut. Every flavor we sampled was delicious, creamy, and full of flavor. The Sicilian Pistachio and Italian Espresso were our favorites, but we honestly enjoyed all six flavors. This place deserves much better reviews than some of the older ones suggest. We had a great experience and will definitely be back to try even more flavors. Highly recommended if you're looking for authentic, delicious gelato with friendly service!

Drinks don't come with any toppings so you have to pay for $1 toppings which is insane. The drinks itself are nothing special and definitely for the average American crowd. A drink can cost you up to $10. Paid $30+ for 3 drinks. Service also needs work. We grabbed the menu to look and brought it back when we were ready. Employee who took our order rudely told us to bring back the menu if you are done with it, which we gave to the customers behind us. If only he used his eyes before speaking. Also, I asked for Green Thai Tea and he blankly stared at me saying we don't have that. I told him it's on the menu and he proceeded to say "oh yea we don't sell that often". Not my problem if you don't know what is on your menu. Small space. Area is not big enough for strollers. Not ideal for people with strollers.

As loyal customers who have supported Bonjour Bakery for a long time, we are extremely disappointed…read moreby the customer service we experienced today. After being regular customers for so long, we simply asked for a replacement because the drink we received tasted awful and did not meet our expectations. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or accommodate a reasonable request, our replacement was immediately refused without any effort to help. It is very disappointing when customer loyalty is not valued, especially after consistently supporting a business over time. A simple gesture could have turned a negative experience into a positive one, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The lack of customer care, flexibility, and appreciation for loyal customers has led us to make the decision not to return. In a city like Miami, there are countless places that offer not only great food and drinks, but also exceptional service, where customers are always treated as a priority. Sadly, this was not our experience at Bonjour Bakery. No matter how good a place may be, customer service is what truly builds long-term relationships and keeps people coming back. We hope Bonjour Bakery reconsiders its approach to customer care in the future.
