Later due to some schedule changes, we started visiting their food truck in Boulder from Lafayette because the pupusas are worth the trip. Imagine our joy that not only is there a Lafayette farmers market within walking distance but this beautiful family owned business is there! On Sunday, July 6th, 2025, I bought two packages of the frozen pupusas and while paying, the owner comes over and says "Please allow me to give you some curtido to go with the pupusas." I looked up at him in awe and gratitude as my heart lifted, and thanked him. He didn't have to do that but it was the second time in a very hard week that I was nearly in tears of wonder and relief because someone showed me a small but meaningful kindness.
