Once I entered into the grooming salon I asked to get y pups nails filed down. The lady had the nastiest attitude and asked me to step outside while she checked in her customers as if I was not a customer. This was the most unprofessional experience as if they did not want my business. I will add that I am black given I just noted they were hosting a Turning Point event back in April wish I had seen that prior because that explains everything. It's a sad time to see the inhumanity on full display. It's unfortunate that I am forced to give a 1 star.

Stop donating to AAWL. They are paying their staff, and turning away healthy animals (I have seen it) so they can avoid paying for them. Two thumbs down. Please, no more donations to AAWL. They need to drain this SWAMP and get some ethical, decent leaders on staff.

First, I walked in to verify this was a clinic I would be comfortable bringing my pup to. I was greeted by the front office staff who welcomed me with a smile, answered all my questions, and then arranged Molly's spay. She also had a couple of other features done, and because it was done during the spay time, it cost a bit less, which was an added bonus. On the day of the surgery, we arrived as they requested, spent about 45 minutes waiting (not bad), and I walked Moly back into the surgical room. This allowed me to visually confirm the cleanliness. VERY IMPRESSIVE!!! At that time, I met and spoke with the Vet who patiently answered all of my clinical questions, walking me through their procedure, which included placing a small tattoo on the belly so it is known that she is spayed. Molly was absolutely relaxed in their atmosphere. When I came to pick her up, there were the afternoon f/o staff, and they were just as nice! I recommend this clinic for either cats or dogs and feel that pet guardians (owners) will find this a great and caring place for their animals. I considered not coming here for this round even though they did her spay and first round because I wasn't sure how it works with just getting the shots at a surgery center. Like do I have to wait a long time? But no, I arrived a little early and was second in line. I didn't get called back second but I understand they are doing drop offs for surgery's and teeth cleanings but it wasn't a long wait at all. On top of that, everyone here is just amazing. I'll be back in a year when the next round of rabies shots are due and so highly recommend them.

While Charlie (golden retriever) is a typical cleanup and well mannered, Larry (sheepdoodle) is not. His hair is crazy and I was expecting to need a full shave down on him. They did a beautiful job with a light trip and scrub to keep him fluffy, which we love! Not only is his hair crazy, but he is still on the puppy side of energy and is a handful. They had nothing but nice things to say about him and quickly realized that him and Charlie needed to stay together. I can tell they put their love into their practice and I love that in return!
